Abstract
【解決手段】互いに光の透過波長が異なる複数のフィルタが一列に配列された第1および第2のフィルタマガジン71,72を備え、第1および第2のフィルタマガジン71,72が、一方向に並べて配列され、第1および第2のフィルタマガジン71,72に含まれるフィルタのうちの少なくとも1つのフィルタを透過した光を検出する第1および第2のフォトマルチプライア73a,73bが、フィルタの配列方向に複数配列された光検出ユニット73を備え、その光検出ユニット73が、上記一方向に第1および第2のフィルタマガジン71,72に並列させて配置され、第1および第2のフィルタマガジン71,72および光検出ユニット73が、フィルタの配列方向に移動可能に構成されている。

Claims (11)
- 互いに光の透過波長が異なる複数のフィルタが一列に配列されたフィルタマガジンを複数備え、
該複数のフィルタマガジンが、一方向に並べて配列され、
前記複数のフィルタマガジンに含まれる前記フィルタのうちの少なくとも1つのフィルタを透過した光を検出する光検出器が、前記フィルタの配列方向に複数配列された光検出ユニットを備え、
該光検出ユニットが、前記一方向に前記複数のフィルタマガジンに並列させて配置され、
前記複数のフィルタマガジンおよび前記光検出ユニットが、前記フィルタの配列方向に移動可能に構成されていることを特徴とする光検出装置。 - 前記複数のフィルタマガジンのうちの前記光検出ユニット側に配置されたフィルタマガジンの少なくとも一か所に外光を遮光する遮光筒を有する請求項1記載の光検出装置。
- 前記フィルタマガジンに含まれるフィルタの種類の情報を取得し、該種類の情報に基づいて、前記フィルタマガジンの前記フィルタの配列方向の位置を制御する制御部を備えた請求項1または2記載の光検出装置。
- 前記フィルタの種類の情報の入力を受け付けるフィルタ情報受付部を備えた請求項3記載の光検出装置。
- 前記フィルタが、該フィルタの種類の情報を保持するフィルタ情報保持部を有する請求項3記載の光検出装置。
- 前記複数のフィルタマガジンのうちの少なくとも1つが着脱可能である請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の光検出装置。
- 前記フィルタマガジンに含まれる複数のフィルタのうちの少なくとも1つが前記フィルタマガジンに対して着脱可能である請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の光検出装置。
- 前記複数のフィルタマガジンおよび前記光検出ユニットが、鉛直方向に並べて配置されている請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の光検出装置。
- 前記光検出ユニットを移動させるリニアモータを備えた請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の光検出装置。
- 着脱可能に構成された前記フィルタマガジンが、
複数の前記フィルタが並べて配置されるフィルタトレイと、光検出装置本体に対して係合することによって前記フィルタトレイの移動を規制するロックレバーとを有し、
該ロックレバーが、前記フィルタトレイの前記フィルタの配列方向の端部に回動可能に設けられ、
前記ロックレバーの回動軸を前記フィルタトレイに固定する固定部が前記フィルタトレイの端部の内側の面に設けられている請求項6記載の光検出装置。 - 前記フィルタマガジンが、前記光検出装置本体に対して、前記フィルタの配列方向に直交する方向に挿入されて装着され、
前記ロックレバーが、前記フィルタの配列方向に直交する方向に延びる部材から構成され、かつ該ロックレバーの前記光検出装置への挿入方向の先端部が、前記挿入方向に対して内側に折り曲げられている請求項10記載の光検出装置。
