Description
図1は、本発明にしたがう再生塔を設置した排ガス処理設備(乾式脱硫設備(活性コークス法))を焼結工場に適用した例を示した図であり、図2は、その排ガス処理設備の再生塔の断面を模式的に示した図である。

Claims (3)
- 吸着塔の排出口につながる入側経路を通して送給された吸着媒体を加熱する加熱部と、該加熱部において加熱された吸着媒体につき、その加熱分解反応により放出される排ガスの有害物質を除去、回収する回収部と、該排ガスの有害物質が除去、回収された吸着媒体を冷却して出側経路を経て吸着塔へ返送する冷却部とを備えた排ガス処理設備の再生塔であって、
該冷却部は、該回収部へ向けて開放された入側開口と該出側経路へ向けて開放された出側開口とを有しその相互間につながる通路での熱交換によって該吸着媒体を冷却する複数本の伝熱管を備え、
該伝熱管に、伝熱管の通路つながる貫通経路を有し、該伝熱管の入側開口を通して該伝熱管の通路内に着脱自在に挿入される環状体を設けたことを特徴とする排ガス処理設備の再生塔。 - 前記吸着媒体が、活性コークスであり、前記有害物質が硫黄酸化物、ダイオキシン、窒素酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した排ガス処理設備の再生塔。
- 前記環状体は、前記伝熱管の入側開口の端面に当接可能なフランジと、このフランジに一体連結し該伝熱管の通路内に侵入する本体部分からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載した排ガス処理設備の再生塔。
