Abstract
【解決手段】回転軸芯と同軸芯の筒状部51aを有するボルト部材51と、筒状部51aに圧入される圧入部73を有し、筒状部51aを流体圧室に対する作動流体の給排に用いる第1流路51Tと第2流路51Sとに仕切る仕切体54と、第1流路を開閉する弁体63と、弁体63を収容する弁収容体61と、を備え、圧入部73の第1流路51Tの側に圧入部73よりも小径の係合部74を有するとともに、弁収容体61が係合部74に外嵌する被係合部65を有し、被係合部65が筒状部51aに当接する当接部67を有すると共に、被係合部65と筒状部51aとの間であって当接部67よりも圧入部73の側に異物溜りとなる空間S1が形成されている。

Description
〔基本構成〕
図1及び図2に示すように、駆動側回転体としての外部ロータ20と、従動側回転体としての内部ロータ30と、作動流体としての作動油を制御する電磁制御弁40とを備えて弁開閉時期制御装置Aが構成されている。
図1には、エンジンE(内燃機関の一例)として、乗用車などの車両に備えられるものを示している。このエンジンEは、上部位置のシリンダブロック2のシリンダボアの内部にピストン3を収容し、このピストン3とクランクシャフト1とをコネクティングロッド4で連結した4サイクル型に構成されている。エンジンEの上部には、吸気バルブ5Vを開閉作動させる吸気カムシャフト5と図示されない排気カムシャフトとを備えている。
外部ロータ本体21には、径方向で内側に突出する複数の突出部21Tが一体的に形成されている。内部ロータ30は、外部ロータ本体21の突出部21Tに密接する円柱状の内部ロータ本体31と、外部ロータ本体21の内周面に接触するように内部ロータ本体31の外周から径方向の外方に突出する4つのベーン部32とを有している。
図1及び図3〜図4に示すように、連結ボルト50は、一部が筒状となるボルト本体51(ボルト部材の一例)と、このボルト本体51の筒状部51aに外嵌する円筒状のスリーブ55と、これらを位置決めする係合部材としての係合ピン57とを備えている。
図4に示すように、電磁制御弁40は、スプール41とスプールスプリング42と電磁ソレノイド44とを備えている。
(1)上記の実施形態では、筒状部51aに当接する被係合部65の当接部が、突部67によって構成される例を示したが、図8に示すように、突部67に代えて、筒状部51aの内周面に、被係合部65の外周面において作動油室51Tの側の部位65bが当接する小径部58を設けてもよい。こうすると、筒状部51aに当接する当接部は当該部位65bとなり、被係合部65と筒状部51aとの間において当接部65bよりも圧入部73の側に異物溜りとなる空間S1が形成される。

Claims (2)
- 内燃機関のクランクシャフトと同期回転する駆動側回転体と、
前記駆動側回転体に対して同軸芯に配置され、前記内燃機関のカムシャフトと同期回転する従動側回転体と、
前記駆動側回転体及び前記従動側回転体の少なくとも一方に形成され、進角室と遅角室とに仕切られた流体圧室と、
前記従動側回転体の回転軸芯と同軸芯に配置されて前記従動側回転体と前記カムシャフトとを連結し、前記回転軸芯と同軸芯の筒状部を有するボルト部材と、
前記筒状部に圧入される圧入部を有し、前記筒状部を前記流体圧室に対する作動流体の給排に用いる第1流路と第2流路とに仕切る仕切体と、
前記第1流路を開閉する弁体と、前記弁体を収容する弁収容体と、を備え、
前記圧入部の前記第1流路の側に前記圧入部よりも小径の係合部を有するとともに、前記弁収容体が前記係合部に外嵌する被係合部を有し、
前記被係合部が前記筒状部に当接する当接部を有すると共に、前記被係合部と前記筒状部との間であって前記当接部よりも前記圧入部の側に異物溜りとなる空間が形成されている弁開閉時期制御装置。 - 前記筒状部において前記第1流路と前記第2流路との境界に段部を設けるとともに、前記仕切体が前記圧入部に隣接する位置に前記段部に一部が当接するフランジを備え、
前記フランジの径方向基部と前記段部との間に異物溜りとなる空間を設けた請求項1記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
