Claims (5)
- 空気供給経路から蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱部を通して導かれた燃焼用空気と燃料供給部から供給された燃料とを炉内において燃焼させる一方、炉内における燃焼排ガスを蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱部を通して排ガス排気経路に導いて排出させる蓄熱式燃焼装置が対になって設けられた蓄熱式燃焼設備において、前記の空気供給経路から蓄熱部に導かれる燃焼用空気中における窒素を吸着させる窒素吸着材を収容させた窒素処理部を設け、燃焼用空気中における窒素をこの窒素処理部における窒素吸着材に吸着させる一方、前記の蓄熱部を通して燃焼排ガスを排ガス排気経路に導く場合に、前記の窒素処理部に収容された窒素吸着材に吸着された窒素を離脱させて、前記の燃焼排ガスと一緒に排ガス排気経路を通して排出させることを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼設備。
- 請求項1に記載の蓄熱式燃焼設備において、前記の空気供給経路と排ガス排気経路とが合流して前記の蓄熱部と連通される合流経路に前記の窒素処理部を設けると共に、前記の空気供給経路と排ガス排気経路とにそれぞれ開閉弁を設け、空気供給経路に設けた前記の開閉弁を開けて、燃焼用空気を空気供給経路から窒素処理部に導く一方、排ガス排気経路に設けた開閉弁を開けて、燃焼排ガスを蓄熱部から窒素処理部に導くことを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼設備。
- 請求項2に記載の蓄熱式燃焼設備において、前記の合流経路に前記の窒素処理部を迂回するバイパス経路を設けると共に、前記のバイパス経路を通して流れる燃焼用空気及び/又は燃焼排ガスの量を調整する流量調整手段を設けたことを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼設備。
- 請求項3に記載の蓄熱式燃焼設備において、前記のバイパス経路を通して前記の燃焼排ガスを流し、前記の窒素処理部内を減圧させて、前記の窒素吸着材に吸着された窒素を離脱させることを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼設備。
- 請求項1に記載の蓄熱式燃焼設備において、前記の蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱部内に、前記の窒素吸着材を収容させた窒素処理部を設けたことを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼設備。
