Abstract

Claims (5)
- 回路基板であって、該回路基板上に形成される導電性トレースを有する回路基板と;
フリップチップ実装工程により該回路基板上に実装され、該回路基板上の該導電性トレースと電気的に接続される少なくとも1つの光学素子と;
該回路基板が配置される第1部分を有し、第1レンズアレイ、鏡面および第2レンズアレイを含む光学ベンチと;を含み、
このうち該第1レンズアレイが該回路基板の下に配置されて、該少なくとも1つの光学素子と位置が合わさり、
このうち該鏡面が該第1レンズアレイの下に配置され、光反射面を有し、
このうち該第2レンズアレイが該鏡面の左側に配置される、ことを特徴とする光電気変換モジュール。 - 該第1レンズアレイ、該第2レンズアレイおよび該鏡面が該光学ベンチ中に形成され、該少なくとも1つの光学素子が光源チップまたは光受信素子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光電気変換モジュール。
- 該回路基板上に形成される少なくとも1つの集積回路チップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光電気変換モジュール。
- 回路基板であって、該回路基板上に形成される導電性トレース、光導波路部分およびV形溝を有し、該V形溝が第1光反射面および第2光反射面を有する回路基板と;
フリップチップ実装工程により該回路基板上に実装され、該回路基板上の該導電性トレースと電気的に接続される少なくとも1つの光学素子と;
該回路基板が配置される第1部分を有する光学ベンチと;
該光導波路部分と位置が合うように配置されるレンズアレイと;
を含むことを特徴とする光電気変換モジュール。 - 該回路基板上に形成される少なくとも1つの集積回路チップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の光電気変換モジュール。
