Claims (10)
- 回転体の回転軸に直交する仮想平面の面内方向に磁化された磁石体と、
前記磁石体の磁場中で、前記回転軸を含む仮想平面で分割される空間のうち一方の空間に偏って配置され、相互に離れる第1および第2ホール素子と、
前記磁石体の磁場中で前記一方の空間内に配置されて、前記第1ホール素子および前記第2ホール素子を通る直線から外れた位置に位置する第3ホール素子と、
回転体の回転に応じて変化する第1ホール素子、第2ホール素子および第3ホール素子の電気信号のうち、互いに位相差を有する電気信号に関連付けられる回転角を記憶する記憶部と、
第1ホール素子、第2ホール素子および第3ホール素子の電気信号を検出し、検出された電気信号に関連づけられる回転角を記憶部から取得する検出部と
を備えることを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。 - 請求項1に記載の回転角検出センサーにおいて、前記磁化は1直線に平行に設定されることを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。
- 請求項2に記載の回転角検出センサーにおいて、前記磁石体は、前記1直線に平行に広がる1以上の平面を有することを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。
- 請求項3に記載の回転角検出センサーにおいて、前記平面は、前記回転軸に平行であって相互に外向きに前記磁石体の外周に形成される1対の平面であることを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の回転角検出センサーにおいて、前記磁石体には、前記回転軸周りで前記回転体が嵌め合わせられる貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。
- 請求項5に記載の回転角検出センサーにおいて、前記第1、第2および第3ホール素子は前記回転体の径方向外方に配置されることを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の回転角検出センサーにおいて、前記磁石体の表面は少なくとも部分的に非磁性体で覆われることを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の回転角検出センサーにおいて、前記記憶部は、決められた角度ごとに特定される前記電気信号の実測値を記憶することを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の回転角検出センサーにおいて、前記検出部は、隣接する前記実測値の間で設定される補間に基づき回転角を特定することを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の回転角検出センサーにおいて、
前記磁石体の磁場中で前記一方の空間内に配置されて、前記第1ホール素子および前記第2ホール素子を通る直線から外れた位置で前記第3ホール素子から離れて位置する第4ホール素子と、
前記第1ホール素子および前記第2ホール素子に接続されて、前記第1ホール素子の出力および前記第2ホール素子の出力を差動増幅する第1差動増幅回路と、
前記第3ホール素子および前記第4ホール素子に接続されて、前記第3ホール素子の出力および前記第4ホール素子の出力を差動増幅する第2差動増幅回路と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする回転角検出センサー。
