Abstract
【解決手段】ハイロー切替機構48の切替作動を行うためにドラムカム部92cを後輪側出力軸44に設けられたボールカム86の第1環状部材92に連結させられるので、従来のようにドラムカムをフォークシャフトに設ける必要がなくなり後輪側出力軸44とフォークシャフト102との間の距離を好適に短くすることができる。さらに、後輪側出力軸44に設けられたボールカム86の第2環状部材82の直線運動が第1伝達機構88aを介して前輪駆動用クラッチ50に伝達されるので、従来のようにクラッチの伝達トルクの調整用としてボールカムとレバーとを設ける必要がなくなり後輪側出力軸44とフォークシャフト102との間の距離を好適に短くすることができる。

Claims (5)
- 共通軸心上に配列された入力軸および出力軸と、前記入力軸の回転を変速して前記出力軸に伝達するハイロー切替機構と、前記出力軸とは動力の出力先を別にする出力部材と、前記出力軸の動力の一部を前記出力部材に伝達或いは遮断する、または前記出力部材へ伝達する伝達トルクを調整するクラッチと、を備える車両用トランスファであって、
モータと、
前記出力軸に相対回転可能にそれぞれ支持されるとともに、対向面に傾斜凹溝がそれぞれ形成され、前記共通軸心方向の移動が不能である第1環状部材および前記クラッチ側に位置する第2環状部材と、前記第1環状部材および前記第2環状部材の傾斜凹溝内に収納された球状転動体とを有し、前記第1環状部材および前記第2環状部材のいずれかを前記モータによって前記共通軸心まわりに回転駆動することにより、前記第2環状部材を前記クラッチ側に移動させるボールカムと、
前記第2環状部材の前記共通軸心方向の移動を前記クラッチに伝達する伝達機構と、
前記共通軸心と平行に配置され軸心方向に移動可能に支持されたフォーク軸と、
前記フォーク軸に連結されたカム係合部材と、
前記カム係合部材と係合し、前記第1環状部材および前記第2環状部材のいずれかに連結され前記共通軸心まわりに回動することにより前記カム係合部材を前記フォーク軸の軸心方向に移動させるカム溝が、外周部に形成されたドラムカムと、
前記フォーク軸に連結され、前記フォーク軸の軸心方向の移動を、高速側ギヤ段と低速側ギヤ段とを切り替える前記ハイロー切替機構に伝達するフォークとを備えることを特徴とする車両用トランスファ。 - 前記出力軸の両端部のうち前記ドラムカム側の端部を回転可能に支持する出力軸支持ベアリングは、前記ドラムカムの前記共通軸心方向の長さ範囲と重なるように前記ドラムカムの内側に配置される請求項1の車両用トランスファ。
- 前記ドラムカムに形成されたカム溝には、前記共通軸心に対して傾斜する方向に伸びた傾斜カム溝が備えられており、
前記モータによって前記ドラムカムが前記共通軸心まわりに回動させられると、前記ドラムカムの傾斜カム溝に沿って前記カム係合部材が、前記第2環状部材の前記共通軸心方向の移動量より大きい移動量で前記フォーク軸の軸心方向に移動させられる請求項1または2の車両用トランスファ。 - 前記カム係合部材は、そのカム係合部材の前記共通軸心方向の移動をバネ部材を介して前記フォーク軸に伝達する請求項1から3のいずれか1の車両用トランスファ。
- 前記クラッチは、前記出力部材への伝達トルクを調整するクラッチであり、
そのクラッチは、単板ないし多板クラッチである請求項1から4のいずれか1の車両用トランスファ。
