Abstract

Claims (11)
- a.入口と、第1の長さと、第1の内側チャンバーを規定する内側壁とを有する第1のハウジングと、
b.前記第1のハウジングとの位置関係が環状になるよう前記第1の内側チャンバー内に配置され、外側壁と、出口と、第2の長さと、第2の内側チャンバーを規定する内側壁とを有し、前記第2の長さは前記第1の長さより短く、前記第1の長さと前記第2の長さの間の空間が隙間を形成する第2のハウジングと、
c.前記入口と、前記隙間と、前記出口とにより規定されるガス除去装置内を通る流路と、
d.前記隙間近傍であって前記第1のハウジングの上端面を覆うように配設された疎水性膜と、を有することを特徴とするガス除去装置。 - 前記隙間は略0.51ミリメートル(0.02インチ)から2.54ミリメートル(0.1インチ)の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス除去装置。
- 前記第1のハウジングの前記内側壁と前記第2のハウジングの前記外側壁の間の空間は略1.02ミリメートル(0.04インチ)から6.10ミリメートル(0.24インチ)の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス除去装置。
- 透析物から実質的に全てのガスを流量率が毎分20mlから450mlで除去可能に構成された請求項1に記載のガス除去装置。
- 前記第2のハウジングがフィルタを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス除去装置。
- 前記フィルタの厚さは約2.54ミリメートル(0.1インチ)から10.16ミリメートル(0.4インチ)の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス除去装置。
- 前記疎水性膜は前記第2のハウジングから前記隙間に等しい距離だけ離間して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス除去装置。
- 前記入口と前記出口はガス除去装置の同じ側に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス除去装置。
- ガスを含む流体が前記入口から前記第1の内側チャンバー内に流入し、前記隙間を通って流れ、前記疎水性膜を通過し、前記第2の内側チャンバーに流入し、前記出口から流出し、前記ガスは前記疎水性膜を通過し、液体は前記疎水性膜を通過しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス除去装置。
- ウレアーゼを備えた透析物再生装置と、透析器と、請求項1記載のガス除去装置を有することを特徴とする透析物回路。
- 前記ガス除去装置は前記ウレアーゼと前記透析器との間に配設されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の透析物回路。
