- 太陽電池モジュールであって、
第1の方向に沿ってそれぞれ配された第1の太陽電池ストリング、第2の太陽電池ストリングおよび第3の太陽電池ストリングと、
前記第1の太陽電池ストリングに電気的に接続され、前記太陽電池モジュールの外部に引き出される、金属箔からなる引き出し電極と、
前記第2の太陽電池ストリングと前記第3の太陽電池ストリングとを電気的に接続しており、金属箔からなる第1の配線材と、を備え、
前記第1の太陽電池ストリング、前記第2の太陽電池ストリングおよび前記第3の太陽電池ストリングは、それぞれ、
前記第1の方向に対して傾斜した第2の方向に沿って配された複数の太陽電池のうち、前記第2の方向の端部に配置された端の太陽電池を含み、
前記太陽電池モジュールは、さらに、
前記複数の太陽電池のうち隣り合う前記太陽電池のそれぞれの端部に接着されており、前記隣り合う太陽電池同士を電気的に接続している第2の配線材と、
前記複数の太陽電池のうち、前記前記端の太陽電池の前記第2の方向における端部において前記端の太陽電池に電気的に接続されており、樹脂フィルム及び前記樹脂フィルムの上に配された金属箔を有する第3の配線材と、を備え、
前記第1の太陽電池ストリングの前記端の太陽電池、前記第2の太陽電池ストリングの前記端の太陽電池および前記第3の太陽電池ストリングの前記端の太陽電池は、前記第1の方向に沿って配され、
前記第1の配線材は、前記第2の太陽電池ストリングの前記第3の配線材と、前記第3の太陽電池ストリングの前記第3の配線材と、を電気的に接続しており、
前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向の両方と垂直な方向から見て、前記引き出し電極は、前記第1の配線材、前記第2の太陽電池ストリングの前記第3の配線材および前記第3の太陽電池ストリングの前記第3の配線材と重ならないように配置される、
太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1の配線材と前記太陽電池との間に配された絶縁性シートを、さらに備える、
請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記端の太陽電池の前記第2の方向の端部は、前記絶縁性シートの前記第2の方向の端部より外側に設けられる、

前記金属箔が前記端の太陽電池側を向いており、前記端の太陽電池に電気的に接続された第1の部分と、
前記金属箔が前記端の太陽電池とは反対側を向くように前記端の太陽電池の上に配された第2の部分と、
前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分とを接続している第3の部分と、を含み、
前記第1の配線材は、前記第2の太陽電池ストリングの前記第2の部分と、前記第3の太陽電池ストリングの前記第2の部分と、を電気的に接続する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1の太陽電池ストリングの前記第2の部分の前記第2の方向に沿った長さは、前記第2の太陽電池ストリングの前記第2の部分の前記第2の方向に沿った長さより長い、
