Abstract
【解決手段】本願発明のエンジン装置21は、シリンダ36内へ空気を供給させる吸気マニホールド67と、前記シリンダ36からの排気ガスを排気させる排気マニホールド44と、吸気マニホールド67から供給される空気に気体燃料を混合させるガスインジェクタ98と、シリンダ36に液体燃料を噴射して燃焼させるメイン燃料噴射弁79とを備える。ガスモード及びディーゼルモードの一方から他方に運転モードを切り換える際に、切換後の運転モードで投入させる第1燃料の供給量を、単調増加させる増量制御により切換閾値まで増量させた後、エンジン回転数に基づく調速制御によって制御する。このとき、換閾値を、エンジン回転数又はエンジン負荷に基づいて設定している。

Claims (6)
- シリンダ内へ空気を供給させる吸気マニホールドと、前記シリンダからの排気ガスを排気させる排気マニホールドと、前記吸気マニホールドから供給される空気に気体燃料を混合させるガスインジェクタと、前記シリンダに液体燃料を噴射して燃焼させるメイン燃料噴射弁とを備え、複数の前記シリンダそれぞれに対して前記ガスインジェクタと前記メイン燃料噴射弁とを設けており、前記シリンダ内に前記気体燃料を投入するガスモードと前記シリンダ内に前記液体燃料を投入するディーゼルモードのいずれかで駆動するエンジン装置において、
前記ガスモード及び前記ディーゼルモードの一方から他方に運転モードを切り換える際に、切換後の運転モードで投入させる第1燃料の供給量を、単調増加させる増量制御により切換閾値まで増量させた後、エンジン回転数に基づく調速制御によって制御しており、
前記切換閾値を、エンジン回転数又はエンジン負荷に基づいて設定していることを特徴とするエンジン装置。 - 前記ガスモード及び前記ディーゼルモードの一方から他方に運転モードを切り換える際に、切換前の運転モードで投入させている第2燃料の供給量を、エンジン回転数に基づく調速制御によって制御しており、前記増量制御により前記第1燃料の供給量が前記切換閾値に達した後は、第2燃料の供給量を、単調減少させる減量制御により減少させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記減量制御により前記第2燃料の供給量が下限値に達すると、前記第2燃料の供給を停止させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジン装置。
- エンジン回転数又はエンジン負荷が低ければ前記切換閾値を少量に設定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記ガスモードから前記ディーゼルモードに瞬時に切り換える際には、前記ディーゼルモードに切り換えた後の液体燃料の供給量をエンジン回転数又はエンジン負荷に基づいて設定して前記液体燃料の供給を開始するとともに前記気体燃料の供給を停止させた後、前記液体燃料の供給量を調速制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエンジン装置。
- エンジン回転数又はエンジン負荷が低ければ瞬時切換後の前記液体燃料の供給量を少量に設定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のエンジン装置。
