Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の活性炭含有粒状ゲル担体は、有機物処理に用いられた活性炭を含有するものであり、特に、その有機物処理がサトウキビの抽出液からリグニン様物質を吸着する処理であり、そのような有機物処理に使用した活性炭を分散・溶解し、塩化カルシウム溶液中に滴下して造粒することで製造するものとする。

Claims (5)
- 有機物処理に用いられた活性炭を含有することを特徴とする活性炭含有粒状ゲル担体。
- 前記有機物処理が、サトウキビの抽出液から黒褐色のリグニン様物質を吸着する処理であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の活性炭含有粒状ゲル担体。
- 有機物処理に用いられた活性炭を乾燥させて粉末にする工程と、前記粉末を水に分散させて水溶液を製造する工程と、前記水溶液にアルギン酸ナトリウムを加えて混合溶液を製造する工程と、前記混合溶液を塩化カルシウム溶液中に滴下して造粒する工程と、を有することを特徴とする活性炭含有粒状ゲル担体の製造方法。
- 前記有機物処理が、サトウキビの抽出液からリグニン様物質を吸着する処理であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の活性炭含有粒状ゲル担体の製造方法。
- サトウキビの抽出液に活性炭を投入して前記活性炭にリグニン様物質を吸着させる工程と、前記活性炭を含む前記サトウキビの抽出液にアルギン酸ナトリウムを加えて混合溶液を製造する工程と、前記混合溶液を塩化カルシウム溶液中に滴下して造粒する工程と、を有することを特徴とする活性炭含有粒状ゲル担体の製造方法。
