Abstract
Description
(1) カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位の電極アレイであって、
少なくとも第1及び第2のスパイン支持体であって、それぞれのスパイン支持体が、平面構造を有する基部と、前記基部から延在する複数のスパインとを含む、スパイン支持体と、
前記スパイン上に保持される1つ又は2つ以上の電極と、を備える、電極アレイと、
を備え、前記第1の基部が第1の平面に延在し、前記第2の基部が前記第1の平面とは異なる第2の平面に延在する、カテーテル。
(2) 前記第1及び第2の平面が、平行である、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(3) 前記第1及び第2の平面が、平行でない、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(4) 各スパインが近位部分と遠位部分とを含み、前記アレイの前記遠位部分が共通の第3の平面に延在する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(5) 前記第3の平面が、前記第1及び第2の平面のうちの少なくとも1つと平行である、実施態様4に記載のカテーテル。
(7) 前記アレイの前記遠位部分が、互いに平行である、実施態様6に記載のカテーテル。
(8) 前記電極アレイは、前記少なくとも第1及び第2のスパイン支持体の前記基部が中に固定されるルーメンを有する、ステムを含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(9) 各スパインが、自由遠位端を有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(10) 各スパインが遠位端を有し、該遠位端が、別のスパインの少なくとも1つの遠位端に接続されている、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。

(14) 各スパインが近位部分と遠位部分とを含み、前記アレイの前記遠位部分が共通の第3の平面に延在する、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(15) 前記第3の平面が、前記第1及び第2の平面のうちの少なくとも1つと平行である、実施態様14に記載のカテーテル。

各スパイン上の非導電性被覆材と、
前記スパイン上に保持される1つ又は2つ以上の電極と、を備える、電極アレイと、
を備え、前記第1の基部が、第1の平面で前記ステムのルーメン内に固定され、前記第2の基部が、前記第1の平面とは異なる第2の平面で前記ステムの前記ルーメン内に固定され、
各スパインが、遠位線形部分を有し、前記アレイの前記遠位線形部分が、互いに平行である、カテーテル。
(19) 前記アレイの前記遠位線形部分が、前記ステムの長手方向軸と平行である、実施態様18に記載のカテーテル。
(20) 前記複数のスパインが、約2〜6個の範囲である、実施態様18に記載のカテーテル。

- カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位の電極アレイであって、
少なくとも第1及び第2のスパイン支持体であって、それぞれのスパイン支持体が、平面構造を有する基部と、前記基部から延在する複数のスパインとを含む、スパイン支持体と、
前記スパイン上に保持される1つ又は2つ以上の電極と、を備える、電極アレイと、
を備え、前記第1の基部が第1の平面に延在し、前記第2の基部が前記第1の平面とは異なる第2の平面に延在する、カテーテル。 - 前記第1及び第2の平面が、平行である、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記第1及び第2の平面が、平行でない、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 各スパインが近位部分と遠位部分とを含み、前記アレイの前記遠位部分が共通の第3の平面に延在する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
