Description

本件出願に係る金層付プラスチック基材の製造方法で用いる前記金ナノ粒子含有スラリーは、水溶性金塩を0.03mM〜0.1mM濃度で含有する水溶液を溶媒として用い、この溶媒中で液中プラズマを発生させ、溶解した金イオンを還元することで平均粒径が1nm〜50nmの金ナノ粒子を生成させ、当該金ナノ粒子が0.01vol%〜2vol%含まれるように調製したものを用いることを特徴とする。
