Claims (8)
- 撹拌槽と、該撹拌槽内に設けた回転翼と、該撹拌槽の底部に設けた放射状に延びる静翼とよりなり、
前記回転翼は、1又は複数のフラットテーパー翼からなることを特徴とする攪拌装置。 - 前記フラットテーパー翼は、その外形形状が、前記撹拌翼の回転軸から外方に向かって徐々に面積が小さくなる形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記フラットテーパー翼は、該フラットテーパー翼の外形形状が、水平方向に延びる上側辺と、垂直方向に延びる外側辺と、垂直方向に延びる内側辺と、外方に向かって直線状に斜め上方に延びる下側辺とよりなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記回転翼の回転を制御する回転制御装置を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記回転制御装置は、前記回転翼の回転速度を変化させる制御装置であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記回転制御装置は、前記回転翼の回転を正逆回転させる制御装置であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記回転翼の回転軸に対して、前記フラットテーパー翼を傾動自在に設けることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記フラットテーパー翼の比重は、前記撹拌槽内に容れられる被処理液の比重よりも、小さいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の撹拌装置。
