Claims (2)
- 消化槽である撹拌槽と、
該撹拌槽に設けた回転軸に固定された回転翼と、
該撹拌槽の底部に設けた放射状に延びる静翼と、
該回転翼の回転を制御する回転制御装置とよりなる撹拌装置を用いて行う撹拌方法であって、
第1の所望の時間、消化率に影響を与えない範囲で該撹拌槽内底部に堆積物の堆積が発生する程度の第1の所望の撹拌回転数で、該回転翼が回転するように、前記回転制御装置により制御する第1の工程と、
前記第1の工程に後続する前記第1の所望の時間よりも短い第2の所望の時間、前記第1の撹拌回転数より増速した、該撹拌槽内底部に貯まった堆積物を上昇させると共に、該撹拌槽内の均一化を図る程度の第2の所望の撹拌回転数で前記回転翼が回転するように、前記回転制御装置により制御する第2の工程とよりなることを特徴とする撹拌方法。 - 前記第1の工程及び前記第2の工程を複数回繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌方法。
