VrecVthPL・m/(m−n)、
ここで、VthPLは、第1のトランジスター22のしきい電圧であり、mは、多段整流器103の段の合計であり、nは、多段整流器の入力から第1のトランジスター22のゲート22gに接続している多段整流器のn番目の段までの段数である。例えば、6段の整流器103を用いる実際的な実装において、第4の段がシャントリミッター104の第1のトランジスター22のゲート22gに用いられこれに接続しており、第1のトランジスターのしきい電圧が600mVであり、これにおいて、クランプ電圧が1.8Vであるリミッターが設けられる。

ここで、n/mは、整流器の帰還率であり、gmPLは、第1のトランジスター22の相互コンダクタンスであり、R1は、第1の抵抗26の抵抗であり、gmNLは、第2のトランジスターの相互コンダクタンスであり、Rrectは、整流器103の出力インピーダンスである。

- アンテナ(2)と多段整流器(103、203)を有するトランスポンダー(100)であって、
前記アンテナ(2)は、m個の整流器段(31、32、33、34)を有する前記多段整流器(103、203)の入力に接続しており、
前記整流器(103、203)の出力及び前記多段整流器のn番目の段にシャントリミッター(104)が接続されており、n<mである
ことを特徴とするトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記シャントリミッター(104)は、ドレインとソースを有する第1のトランジスター(22)を有し、
前記ソースと前記ドレインのうちの一方は、前記整流器(103、203)の出力に接続している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記シャントリミッター(104)の前記第1のトランジスター(22)は、前記多段整流器(103、203)のn番目の段(33)に接続されているゲートを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記シャントリミッター(104)は、前記第1のトランジスター(22)のドレイン及び前記ソースのうちの他方を接地Vssに接続する第1の抵抗(26)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記シャントリミッター(104)は、ドレインとソースを有する第2のトランジスター(24)を有し、
前記ドレインと前記ソースのうちの一方は、前記整流器(103、203)の出力に接続している
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記第2のトランジスター(24)は、ノードに接続しているゲートを有し、このノードは、第1の抵抗(26)と、及び前記第1のトランジスター(22)の前記ソース及び前記ドレインのうちの一方とに接続している
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記第2のトランジスター(24)の前記ドレインは、前記第1のトランジスター(22)の前記ソースに接続している
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記シャントリミッター(104)は、補償回路を有し、この補償回路は、前記第1及び第2のトランジスター(22、24)のうちの一方のドレインを前記第1及び第2のトランジスター(22、24)のうちの他方のソースに接続している
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記補償回路は、キャパシター(29)と直列の第2の抵抗(27)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記第1のトランジスター(22)は、PMOSトランジスターである
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記第2のトランジスター(24)は、NMOSトランジスターである
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記多段整流器(103)の段(31、32、33、34)はそれぞれ、入力キャパシター(41、42、43、44)を有し、
その複数の段の前記入力キャパシター(41、42、43、44)どうしは、並列に接続している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトランスポンダー(100)。 - 前記多段整流器(103)の段(31、32、33、34)はそれぞれ、出力キャパシター(51、52、53、54)を有する
