Abstract
【解決手段】画像形成装置本体10は、固定された第1の値の電圧を生成するDCDCコンバーター51と、第2の値を設定し、第2の値の設定を変えることができる設定部503と、設定部503に設定された第2の値の電圧を生成する電圧可変回路53と、DCDCコンバーター51を電源とし、無線タグ40に送る第1の信号を生成する生成部25と、電圧可変回路53を電源とし、設定部503に設定された第2の値に比例する振幅を有する第2の信号を、第1の信号を基にして生成し、第2の信号を無線タグ40に無線で送信する通信部23と、を備える。

Claims (5)
- 画像形成装置本体と、前記画像形成装置本体に取り付けられ、無線タグを備えるユニットと、を備える画像形成装置であって、
前記画像形成装置本体は、
固定された第1の値の電圧を生成する第1の電源部と、
第2の値を設定し、前記第2の値の設定を変えることができる設定部と、
前記設定部に設定された前記第2の値の電圧を生成する第2の電源部と、
前記第1の電源部を電源とし、前記無線タグに送る第1の信号を生成する生成部と、
前記第2の電源部を電源とし、前記設定部に設定された前記第2の値に比例する振幅を有する第2の信号を、前記第1の信号を基にして生成し、前記第2の信号を前記無線タグに無線で送信する通信部と、を備える画像形成装置。 - 前記通信部は、デジタルの前記第1の信号をバッファするバッファ部と、前記バッファ部から出力された前記第1の信号によって搬送波を変調して前記第2の信号を生成する変調部と、を備え、
前記バッファ部は、前記第2の電源部から供給される前記第2の値の電圧でプルアップされているオープンコレクタ出力を有することにより、前記第1の信号のHレベル成分の値を、前記第2の値にシフトする請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記通信部は、前記通信部によって受信された、前記無線タグから無線で送信されてきた信号から、アナログの第3の信号を取り出す検波部と、前記第3の信号をアナログからデジタルに変換するAD変換部と、を備え、
前記AD変換部は、アナログの前記第3の信号と参照信号とを比較するコンパレーターを備え、
前記コンパレーターは、前記第1の電源部から供給される前記第1の値の電圧でプルアップされているオープンコレクタ出力を有することにより、デジタルに変換される前記第3の信号のHレベル成分の値を、前記第1の値にシフトし、
前記画像形成装置本体は、前記第1の電源部を電源とし、前記AD変換部でデジタルに変換された前記第3の信号を基にして所定の処理をする処理部をさらに備える請求項1又は2に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記画像形成装置本体は、前記無線タグとの間で無線通信を前記通信部に試行させ、無線通信が成立するか否かを判定する通信制御部をさらに備え、
前記設定部は、前記第2の値の候補値を変えながら、前記通信制御部に前記無線通信が成立するか否かを判定させ、前記無線通信が成立する前記第2の値の最低値を、前記第2の値として設定する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記画像形成装置は、複数の前記ユニットとして、複数のトナーコンテナーをさらに備え、
前記通信部は、
前記第2の信号を生成する通信部本体と、
前記複数のトナーコンテナーのそれぞれに備えられる前記無線タグに応じて設けられ、前記第2の信号を前記無線タグに無線で送信する複数のアンテナと、
前記複数のアンテナのうち前記通信部本体と接続するアンテナを切り換えることができる切換部と、を備える請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の画像形成装置。
