Abstract
【解決手段】照明装置1は、レーザ光を出射する光源2と、光源2から出射されたレーザ光の波長を変換して照明光を照射する波長変換部3と、を備える。波長変換部3の蛍光体プレート31は、レーザ光の波長を変換して出射する蛍光体35が設けられた変換領域3Aと、蛍光体35が設けられておらずレーザ光を透過させる非変換領域3Bと、を有し、非変換領域3Bは、変換領域3Aに対してピンホール状に形成されている。この構成によれば、非変換領域3Bから出射したレーザ光が、照射面にレーザポインタのように映し出されるので、レーザ光を参照することで、照明光の照射方向を簡易に調整することができる。

Claims (6)
- レーザ光を出射する光源と、前記光源から出射されたレーザ光の波長を変換して照明光を照射する波長変換部と、を備えた照明装置であって、
前記波長変換部は、前記レーザ光の波長を変換して出射する蛍光体が設けられた変換領域と、前記蛍光体が設けられておらず前記光源から照射されるレーザ光を透過させる非変換領域と、を有し、
前記非変換領域は、前記変換領域に対してピンホール状に形成されていることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記非変換領域は、前記光源から出射されるレーザ光の光軸上に配置されたとき前記波長変換部における前記レーザ光の照射領域の中心となる位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記非変換領域からのレーザ光の出射のオン・オフを操作するためのスイッチを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光源は、前記スイッチにおいてオフ操作がなされたとき前記非変換領域へのレーザ光の照射を抑制する遮光部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 前記波長変換部は、前記スイッチにおいてオフ操作がなされたとき前記非変換領域を前記光源から照射されるレーザ光の照射領域外へ移動させる動作部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 前記スイッチにおいてオフ操作がなされたとき前記非変換領域から出射されるレーザ光を前記変換領域へ反射する反射部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の照明装置。
