Claims (9)
- 裏張り層と表防護層との間に裏から表まで相次ぐ竹ひごの巻込みによる裏補強層と、砂粘着厚さ補強層及び竹ひごが巻込んで形成した表補強層と、を備えることを特徴とする、半径方向で裏から表まで各々裏張り層と表防護層がある熱固化性竹砂複合圧力管。
- 前記裏補強層において、竹ひごがきちんと裏張り層の表に巻き込み、粘着し、砂粘着剤厚さ向上層が均一して裏補強層の表に複合した鉱砂粘着泥であり、前記表補強層において、竹ひごがきちんと砂粘着厚さ補強層の表に巻き込まれ、粘着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱固化性竹砂複合圧力管。
- 前記裏補強層及び表補強層において、竹ひごは長さが0.5m〜2m、幅が5mm〜10mm、厚さが0.3mm〜lmmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱固化性竹砂複合圧力管。
- 前記裏補強層において、竹ひごが半径方向に巻込まれ、半径方向に層を形成して裏張り層の表に粘着し、軸方向に巻き込んで軸方向に層を形成して半径方向層の表に粘着することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱固化性竹砂複合圧力管。
- 前記表補強層において、竹ひごが軸方向に巻込んで軸方向に層を形成して砂粘着剤厚さ向上層の表に粘着し、半径方向に巻き込んで半径方向に層を形成して軸方向層の表に粘着することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱固化性竹砂複合圧力管。
- 前記表補強層において、竹ひごが半径方向に巻込んで半径方向に層を形成して砂粘着厚さ補強層の表に粘着することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱固化性竹砂複合圧力管。
- 前記裏張り層が竹繊維不織布と竹ニードルフェルトが粘着してなるものであり、厚さが1.2mm〜2.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱固化性竹砂複合圧力管。
- 前記表防護層は表補強層の表に塗られ、厚さが0.5mm〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱固化性竹砂複合圧力管。
- 前記裏張り層、裏補強層、砂粘着厚さ補強層、及び表補強層が一体に粘着し、固化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱固化性竹砂複合圧力管。
