Abstract

本发明涉及一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,包括PP片材主体,覆盖于所述PP片材主体上下两面的上表层和下表层;所述PP片材主体与上表层和下表层之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网层和下纤维网层,所述上表层与上纤维网层之间以及下表层与下纤维网层之间均通过热塑性树脂胶粘层粘接;通过设置呈网格状的上纤维网层和下纤维网层,提高了PP片材的应力传递和纤维承载效率,赋予材料较好的强度,提高了片材的综合性能。

一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材
技术领域
本发明属于涉及片材技术领域,尤其涉及一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材。
背景技术
热塑性树脂基复合材料,特别是以玻璃纤维毡与热塑性基体(PP、PA、PET、PBT等)复合而成的玻璃纤维增强热塑性片材(GMT)是一种高性能复合材料。GMT具有韧度好、强度高、密度小、优良的耐腐蚀性和耐热性、成型性好、保存期长和废料可再生利用等优点,是低能耗、无环境污染的绿色环保材料,已被广泛应用于汽车、建筑、化工、包装、电力、运输等领域。美、欧在上世纪80、90年代,以熔融浸渍法和悬浮沉积法相继工业生产并迅速发展。
基体与增强纤维以及基体与纤维结合的界面是决定玻璃纤维增强热塑性片材性能的三大关键因素。由于PP非极性、表面能低,所以与玻璃纤维毡复合后界面强度较低从而影响其力学性能的发挥,为此需要提高PP与玻璃纤维毡的界面粘结强度。
针对以上问题,故,有必要对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材。
为了达到以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,包括PP片材主体,覆盖于所述PP片材主体上下两面的上表层和下表层;所述PP片材主体与上表层和下表层之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网层和下纤维网层,所述上表层与上纤维网层之间以及下表层与下纤维网层之间均通过热塑性树脂胶粘层粘接。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述上表层、上纤维网层、PP片材主体、下纤维网层和下表层通过热塑性树脂胶粘层粘合而成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述上表层为上层热塑性面板,下表层为下层热塑性面板;上表层与上纤维网层的厚度比为2:1;下表层与下纤维网层的厚度比为2:1;PP片材主体与上纤维网层和下纤维网层的厚度比为2:1:1。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述热塑性树脂胶粘层是指聚乙烯层、聚丙烯层、聚氯乙烯层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述上表层上粘接有耐磨层,耐磨层为聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维混纺织成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述耐磨层的外表面黏附有PET聚酯薄膜。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述上纤维网层和下纤维网层为长纤维、短纤维、单向带、纤维束或带的形式或多向编织或交织的二维或三维织物。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述上纤维网层和下纤维网层被上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板包覆浸渍,在上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板中具有良好的分散,并与上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板具有良好的界面结合。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述上纤维网层和下纤维网层为连续纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过设置呈网格状的上纤维网层和下纤维网层,提高了PP片材的应力传递和纤维承载效率,赋予材料较好的强度,提高了片材的综合性能;
2.通过设置热塑性树脂胶粘层,不仅粘合能力强,不易开层,而且环保无污染;耐磨层为聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维混纺织成;增加了表面耐磨性和内里的防污性,清洁方便,耐用性好。
3.上纤维网层和下纤维网层被上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板包覆浸渍,在上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板中具有良好的分散,同FDM或SLS制备方法相比,拓展了增强材料的类型及形式,并最终大幅度的提高制品的整体力学性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作详细说明。
实施例:如图1-2所示,一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,包括PP片材主体1,覆盖于所述PP片材主体1上下两面的上表层2和下表层3;所述PP片材主体1与上表层2和下表层3之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网层6和下纤维网层7,所述上表层2与上纤维网层6之间以及下表层3与下纤维网层7之间均通过热塑性树脂胶粘层4粘接,热塑性树脂胶粘层4是指聚乙烯层、聚丙烯层、聚氯乙烯层,不仅粘合能力强,不易开层,而且环保无污染。
上表层2、上纤维网层6、PP片材主体1、下纤维网层7和下表层3通过热塑性树脂胶粘层4粘合而成,同时热塑性树脂胶粘层4的相容剂表面存在大量的活性基团,改善了PP片材主体1的极性,明显提高了上表层2、上纤维网层6、PP片材主体1、下纤维网层7和下表层3的粘结强度,提高了PP片材主体1应力传递和纤维承载效率,赋予材料较好的强度,提高了片材的综合性能,上纤维网层6和下纤维网层7连续纤维,采用上纤维网层6和下纤维网层7两层连续玻璃纤维,连续玻璃纤维具有较高的拉伸与冲击性能,该玻璃纤维具有较高的弯曲强度。
上表层2为上层热塑性面板,下表层3为下层热塑性面板;上表层2与上纤维网层6的厚度比为2:1;下表层3与下纤维网层7的厚度比为2:1;PP片材主体1与上纤维网层6和下纤维网层7的厚度比为2:1:1;采用上述方案,提高了该PP片材的整体强度和结构牢固性,保证了该PP片材的使用安全性。
上表层2上粘接有耐磨层8,耐磨层8为聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维混纺织成,耐磨层8的外表面黏附有PET聚酯薄膜5;使得该PP片材的表面更平整、更光亮,大大提高了产品的质量和档次;耐磨层8为聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维混纺织成;增加了表面耐磨性和内里的防污性,清洁方便,耐用性好。
所述及的增强热塑性塑料片材,其增强材料可以是玻纤、碳纤、芳纶(对位芳纶Kevlar、间位芳纶Twaron)、硼纤维和特种陶瓷纤维(SiC、BN等),上纤维网层6和下纤维网层7可以是长纤维、短纤维、单向带、纤维束或带的形式或多向编织或交织的二维或三维织物,
上纤维网层6和下纤维网层7被上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板包覆浸渍,在上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板中具有良好的分散,并与上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板具有良好的界面结合;在实际使用中,对增强材料经常进行表面包覆或改性来提高它们与热塑性树脂的结合力,最终保证增材制造成品的力学性能。

Claims (9)

1.一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,其特征在于:包括PP片材主体(1),覆盖于所述PP片材主体(1)上下两面的上表层(2)和下表层(3);所述PP片材主体(1)与上表层(2)和下表层(3)之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网层(6)和下纤维网层(7),所述上表层(2)与上纤维网层(6)之间以及下表层(3)与下纤维网层(7)之间均通过热塑性树脂胶粘层(4)粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,其特征在于:所述上表层(2)、上纤维网层(6)、PP片材主体(1)、下纤维网层(7)和下表层(3)通过热塑性树脂胶粘层(4)粘合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,其特征在于:所述上表层(2)为上层热塑性面板,下表层(3)为下层热塑性面板;上表层(2)与上纤维网层(6)的厚度比为2:1;下表层(3)与下纤维网层(7)的厚度比为2:1;PP片材主体(1)与上纤维网层(6)和下纤维网层(7)的厚度比为2:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,其特征在于:所述热塑性树脂胶粘层(4)是指聚乙烯层、聚丙烯层、聚氯乙烯层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,其特征在于:所述上表层(2)上粘接有耐磨层(8),耐磨层(8)为聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维混纺织成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(8)的外表面黏附有PET聚酯薄膜(5)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,其特征在于:所述上纤维网层(6)和下纤维网层(7)为长纤维、短纤维、单向带、纤维束或带的形式或多向编织或交织的二维或三维织物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,其特征在于:所述上纤维网层(6)和下纤维网层(7)被上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板包覆浸渍,在上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板中具有良好的分散,并与上层热塑性面板和下层热塑性面板具有良好的界面结合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种玻纤增强PP热塑性片材,其特征在于:所述上纤维网层(6)和下纤维网层(7)连续纤维。
