Abstract
Description
・オイル回収ダクトは、円錐台形部分から半径方向外向きに突起している;
・オイル回収ダクトは各々、実質的に長方形、円形、または楕円形のいずれかの形状の断面を有する;
・軸受支持部は3つのオイル回収ダクトを含む;
・オイル回収ダクトは角度的に規則的に分布している;
・オイル回収ダクトは各々、実質的に長方形、円形、または楕円形のいずれかの形状の断面を有する;
・円錐台形部分は、上流軸受から下流に向かって増加する直径を有する;
・軸受支持部は、円錐台形部分から下流軸受まで延在するフランジ部分をさらに含む;
・フランジ部分は円錐台形であり、その直径は下流に向かって減少する;
・フランジ部分はその下流端に内部径方向フランジを有し、内部径方向フランジは、フランジ部分をオイル引き込みカバーに接続している。
Claims (10)
- 上流軸受(6)を支持し、上流軸受(6)とともにオイルチャンバ(100)および空気チャンバ(200)を画定する、ターボ機械、具体的にはターボジェットの、軸受支持部(1)であって、軸受支持部(1)は、上流軸受チャンバ(160)および下流内部チャンバ(150)を画定する円錐台形部分(11)を備え、軸受支持部(1)は、円錐台形部分(11)から外側に延在するフランジ(15)に溶接(135)によって接続された外部フェルール(13)をさらに備え、外部フェルール(13)は、オイルチャンバ(100)を封止するために上流軸受(6)と協働するギムレットシール(131)を有し、軸受支持部(1)は、一方では下流内部チャンバ(150)に、他方では上流軸受チャンバ(160)につながる複数のオイル回収ダクト(8)をさらに含み、軸受支持部(1)は、オイル回収ダクト(8)が、フランジ(15)への外部フェルール(13)の溶接(135)の下流の上流軸受チャンバ(160)につながっていること、および外部フェルール(13)の溶接(135)が軸対称であることを特徴とする、軸受支持部(1)。
- 前記オイル回収ダクト(8)が、円錐台形部分(11)から半径方向外向きに突起している、請求項1に記載の軸受支持部(1)。
- 3つのオイル回収ダクト(8)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の軸受支持部(1)。
- 前記オイル回収ダクト(8)が、角度的に規則的に分布している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の軸受支持部(1)。
- 前記オイル回収ダクト(8)が、各々、実質的に長方形、円形、および楕円形のいずれかの形状の断面を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の軸受支持部(1)。
- 前記円錐台形部分(11)が、上流軸受(6)から始まって下流に向かって増加する直径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の軸受支持部(1)。
- 円錐台形部分(11)から下流軸受(5)まで延在するフランジ部分(12)をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の軸受支持部(1)。
- 前記フランジ部分(12)が、円錐台形であり、その直径は下流に向かって減少する、請求項7に記載の軸受支持部(1)。
- 前記フランジ部分(12)が、その下流末端に内部径方向フランジ(17)をさらに有し、内部径方向フランジ(17)はフランジ部分(12)をオイル引き込みカバーに接続している、請求項7または8に記載の軸受支持部(1)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の軸受支持部(1)を備える、ターボ機械、具体的にはターボジェット。
