Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- エネルギー貯蔵パック用のモジュール筐体に熱交換管を組み付けるステップと、
前記熱交換管がセルの列の間に走るようにして、前記モジュール筐体にセルを組み付けるステップと、
前記セルおよび前記熱交換管を前記モジュール筐体に接着する接着剤を塗布するステップと、
前記接着剤の第1部分を放射線によって硬化させるステップであって、前記接着剤の第2部分は、前記セルまたは前記熱交換管によって放射線から遮蔽されている、ステップと、
前記接着剤の少なくとも前記第2部分を化学的硬化機構によって硬化させるステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記接着剤はアクリレートエポキシ接着剤である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換管はスカラップ形熱交換管であり、前記セルは、前記モジュール筐体によってではなく、前記スカラップ形熱交換管によって前記モジュール筐体にデータムされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも幾つかの隣接するセル同士の間にセルスプレッダ要素を追加するステップをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記モジュール筐体の縁にあるスロットにマウントを組み付けるステップをさらに含み、前記接着剤は前記マウントをも前記モジュール筐体に接着する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スロット内のリブを用いて前記モジュール筐体に前記マウントを配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記マウント上のフランジを使用して、前記モジュール筐体を前記エネルギー貯蔵パックの部材に取り付けるステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記部材は少なくとも前記フランジを受け入れるためのスプリットを有し、前記スプリットは、前記モジュール筐体、前記熱交換管、前記セル、および前記接着剤の組立体の質量中心と同一高さである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記モジュール筐体と前記エネルギー貯蔵パックのエンクロージャとの間にクランプルゾーンを設けるステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。

前記セルの列の間に走る熱交換管と、備え、
前記セルおよび前記熱交換管は接着剤によって前記モジュール筐体に接着されており、前記接着剤の第1部分は放射線の照射によって硬化されており、接着剤の第2部分は前記セルまたは前記熱交換管によって放射線から遮蔽されており、前記接着剤の前記第2部分は化学的硬化機構によって硬化されている、エネルギー貯蔵パック。 - 前記熱交換管はスカラップ形熱交換管であり、前記セルは、前記モジュール筐体によってではなく、前記スカラップ形熱交換管によって前記モジュール筐体にデータムされ、前記エネルギー貯蔵パックは、少なくとも幾つかの隣接するセル同士の間に加えられたセルスプレッダ要素をさらに含む、請求項10に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
- 前記モジュール筐体は、前記セルのそれぞれの形状を反映しかつ前記セルに対し過大サイズである構造体を含み、前記接着剤は、前記セルを前記モジュール筐体に接着するときに、前記セルと前記構造体との間の間隙を埋める、請求項10に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
- 前記構造体は各セルの占有面積の半分に3つの三角形状体を含む、請求項12に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
- 前記熱交換管は2つの略平行な主側面を持つ細長い断面を有し、前記熱交換管は前記主側面を相互に接続する内部リブを有し、前記内部リブは主側面に対し非直角である、請求項10に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
- 前記内部リブの各々は、前記熱交換管の最も近い縁部に向かって外側に湾曲する。請求項14に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
- 前記内部リブの各々は直線状であり、かつ前記主側面に対し傾斜している、請求項14に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
- 前記熱交換管はアルミニウムまたはポリマーから作製される、請求項10に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
- 前記モジュール筐体は少なくとも異なる2種類のセルを受け入れるように構成される、請求項10に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
- 前記モジュール筐体は、幾つかのセルの代わりに非エネルギープレースホルダを有するように構成され、それはエネルギー貯蔵パックの容量を低減する、請求項10に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
- 前記モジュール筐体は、前記セルの少なくとも幾つかを複数の代替的配向の各々の向きに受容するように構成される、請求項10に記載のエネルギー貯蔵パック。
