Claims (27)
- ランダムに重ねられた溶融紡糸された無端フィラメントの第1の層と、巻縮されたステープルファイバの第2の層とを有する、嵩高のフリース複合体であって、
a)前記無端フィラメントは、0.8〜1.8dtexの繊度、好ましくは1.3dtex以下、特に好ましくは1.0〜1.2dtexの繊度を有しており、
b)前記巻縮されたステープルファイバは、2.2〜15dtexの繊度、好ましくは4〜10dtexの繊度を有しており、
c)当該嵩高のフリース複合体を形成する前記層は、ウォータジェットのみによって硬化され、かつ互いに緊密に結合されていることを特徴とする、嵩高のフリース複合体。 - 前記第2の層は、前記巻縮されたステープルファイバの他に、1.2〜2.1dtexの繊度の別の巻縮されたステープルファイバを追加的に有しており、前記巻縮されたステープルファイバは、20〜99重量%の一方のステープルファイバと、1〜80重量%の他方のステープルファイバとを有する混合物から成っている、請求項1記載のフリース複合体。
- 前記ステープルファイバは、2.5cm以上の長さ、好ましくは10cmまでの、特に好適には5cmまでの長さを有している、請求項1又は2記載のフリース複合体。
- 当該フリース複合体の密度は、0.1g/cm3以下、好ましくは、0.04〜0.1g/cm3の値である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 当該フリース複合体は、直径が0.4mm以下、好ましくは0.2mm〜0.4mmである孔を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 当該嵩高のフリース複合体は、cm2当たり5よりも多くの、好ましくは10よりも多くの孔を有していて、該孔の直径は、0.2mm以上である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 当該フリース複合体は、18〜80g/m2の単位面積当たり重量を有しており、このとき前記無端フィラメントの重量割合は、好ましくは10〜70%であり、かつ巻縮されたステープルファイバの重量割合は、好ましくは30〜90%である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 当該フリース複合体は、ウォータジェット硬化中に型押し可能な不連続の隆起箇所を備えたレリーフを有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 当該フリース複合体は、追加的な型押し部を有していて、該型押し部は、サーモカレンダ及び/又は超音波カレンダを用いて、好ましくはウォータジェット硬化の後で形成可能である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 前記無端フィラメント及び/又は前記巻縮されたステープルファイバは、インラインプロセスにおいて、ウォータジェット硬化装置に供給可能である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 無端フィラメント製の前記層及び/又は巻縮されたステープルファイバ製の前記層は、軽く予備硬化されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 無端フィラメント製の前記層及び/又は巻縮されたステープルファイバ製の前記層は、オフラインプロセスにおいて、ウォータジェット硬化装置に供給可能である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項又は11記載のフリース複合体。
- 前記軽く予備硬化された層は、互いに別々に製造可能であり、次いでウォータジェット硬化装置に供給可能である、請求項11記載のフリース複合体。
- 無端フィラメント及び/又はステープルファイバの少なくとも1つの追加的な層が、ウォータジェット硬化装置に供給可能である、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 前記無端フィラメントは、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、ポリラクチド又はこれらのコポリマ製のモノフィラメント又は二成分フィラメントから成っている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 前記ステープルファイバは、ビスコース又は木綿から、又はポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリラクチド又はこれらのコポリマ製の単成分の又は二成分の繊維から成っている、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 前記一方の巻縮されたステープルファイバは、1つの材料、好ましくはポリプロピレンから成っていて、前記他方の巻縮されたステープルファイバは、それとは異なった材料、好ましくはポリエステルから成っている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 前記無端フィラメントのうちの少なくとも幾つか及び/又は前記ステープルファイバのうちの少なくとも幾つかが、非円形の横断面を有しかつ/又は中空である、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載のフリース複合体。
- 嵩高のフリース複合体を製造する方法であって、0.8〜1.8dtexの繊度、好ましくは1.3dtex以下、特に好ましくは1.0〜1.2dtexの繊度を有する、ランダムに重ねられた溶融紡糸された無端フィラメントの第1の層を、2.2〜15dtexの繊度、好ましくは4〜10dtexの繊度を有する、巻縮されたステープルファイバの第2の層と、ウォータジェットのみによって硬化させて、互いに緊密に結合させることを特徴とする、嵩高のフリース複合体を製造する方法。
- 前記第2の層は、前記巻縮されたステープルファイバの他に、1.2〜2.1dtexの繊度の別の巻縮されたステープルファイバを追加的に有し、このとき前記巻縮されたステープルファイバは、20〜99重量%の一方のステープルファイバと、1〜80重量%の他方のステープルファイバとを有する混合物から成っている、請求項19記載の方法。
- ウォータジェット硬化中に、不連続の隆起箇所を備えたレリーフを型押しする、請求項19又は20記載の方法。
- ウォータジェット硬化後に、サーモカレンダ及び/又は超音波カレンダを用いて追加的な型押しを実施する、請求項19から21までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記無端フィラメント及び/又は前記巻縮されたステープルファイバを、インラインプロセスにおいて、ウォータジェット硬化装置に供給する、請求項19から22までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 無端フィラメント製の前記層及び/又は巻縮されたステープルファイバ製の前記層を、軽く予備硬化させる、請求項19から23までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 無端フィラメント製の前記層及び/又は巻縮されたステープルファイバ製の前記層を、オフラインプロセスにおいて、ウォータジェット硬化装置に供給する、請求項19から22までのいずれか1項又は24項記載の方法。
- 前記軽く予備硬化した層を、互いに別々に製造し、次いでウォータジェット硬化装置に供給する、請求項24記載の方法。
