Claims (20)
- 産業システムの水性流体に、有効な腐食防止量の、1つ以上のニオブ酸化合物を添加する工程を含む、産業システム中に含まれる水性流体と接触する表面の腐食を防止する方法。
- 前記1つ以上のニオブ酸化合物は、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウム、亜鉛、アンモニウム、四級アミン、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択されるカチオンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水性流体は約10℃から約120℃の温度および約4.0から約12.0のpHを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のニオブ酸化合物は、ニオブ酸カリウム、ニオブ酸アンモニウム、およびシュウ酸ニオブアンモニウムからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記表面は軟鋼、亜鉛メッキ鋼、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、銅、銅ニッケル合金、銅亜鉛合金、ガラス、および黄銅からなる群より選択されるメンバーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有効な腐食防止量は、約6ppmから約10,000ppmである、請求項1に記載の方法。
