Claims (13)
- ポリ(アリーレンスルフィド)組成物および極性有機化合物を含む反応生成組成物を、C4〜C30α,β−不飽和ケトン、C4〜C30α,β−不飽和エステル、C4〜C30α,β−不飽和アミド、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせと接触させる方法であって、前記極性有機化合物は、約1重量%以上のチオフェノールを含み、接触後、前記極性有機化合物が、約1重量%未満のチオフェノールを含む方法。
- 反応生成組成物が、
i)2つのハロゲンを有する少なくとも1種のハロゲン化芳香族化合物、
ii)硫黄化合物、および
iii)極性有機化合物
を接触させることにより、製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - ポリ(アリーレンスルフィド)組成物がポリ(フェニレンスルフィド)組成物である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ハロゲン化芳香族化合物が、p−ジクロロベンゼンを含み、かつ硫黄化合物が、硫化ナトリウム、硫化水素ナトリウム、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 極性有機化合物がN−メチル−2−ピロリドンを含む、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリ(アリーレンスルフィド)組成物が、C4〜C30α,β−不飽和エステルと接触する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- C4〜C30α,β−不飽和エステルが、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレートを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- C4〜C30α,β−不飽和エステルが、アクリル酸と脂肪族アルコールとのエステルを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- C4〜C30α,β−不飽和エステルが、メタクリル酸と脂肪族アルコールとのエステルを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 反応生成組成物が、チオフェノール1当量当たり少なくとも1化学当量のC4〜C30α,β−不飽和ケトン、C4〜C30α,β−不飽和エステル、C4〜C30α,β−不飽和アミド、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせと接触する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接触が約200℃以下の温度で起こる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 1重量%未満のチオフェノールを含む極性有機化合物が、反応生成組成物から分離される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 分離された極性有機化合物が、ポリ(アリーレンスルフィド)組成物を製造するプロセスに使用される、請求項12に記載の方法。
