Claims (13)

  1. 加工部品(60)を一連の層(62)から加工するための製造及び品質制御方法であって、前記方法は、
    少なくとも部分的に完成した工程内品(64)を形成するために、ストック材料(58)からの付加製造を用い、かつバーチャル3Dモデルに基づき、前記一連の層(62)の一又は複数の層(62)を逐次的に形成することと、
    3D光走査を用いて、前記一又は複数の層(62)の層のような表面表示を同期的に取得することと、
    前記一連の層(62)が前記加工部品(60)に形成されるまで、前記逐次的に形成することと前記同期的に取得することとを繰り返すことと、
    前記加工部品の前記一又は複数の層(62)の各層の前記層のような表面表示を、組立て中の3Dモデルに集めることと、
    前記バーチャル3Dモデルを前記組立て中の3Dモデルと比較すること(16)と
    を含む方法。
  2. 前記同期的に取得することは、前記一連の層(62)の各層(62)が形成された後に、前記工程内品(64)の前記層のような表面表示を取得することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
  3. 前記同期的に取得することが、前記逐次的に形成することの後に逐次的に実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
  4. 前記比較すること(16)が、コンピュータ(38)により実行され、前記組立て中の3Dモデルと前記バーチャル3Dモデルとの間の差を報告することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
  5. 前記比較すること(16)が、コンピュータ(38)によって実行され、前記比較を表示する画像をディスプレイデバイスに出力することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
  6. 前記比較すること(16)が、前記組立て中の3Dモデルと前記バーチャル3Dモデルとの間の測定差を計算することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
  7. 請求項6の方法であって、前記比較すること(16)が既定の許容限界を前記測定差と比較することを含む方法。
  8. 前記測定差が前記既定の許容限界の範囲外にある場合に、次の製造処理の必要性を示すこと
    を更に含む、請求項に記載の方法。
  9. 前記逐次的に形成することが、形成パラメータに基づき逐次的に形成することを含み、前記方法は、
    前記測定差に基づく前記形成パラメータを調節すること
    を更に含み、
    前記形成パラメータは、処理スピード、分解能、ストック材料組成、温度、及び前記ストック材料(58)に印加されるエネルギーのうちの一又は複数を含む、請求項に記載の方法。
  10. 前記同期的に取得することは、前記一又は複数の層(62)の前記一部から放出されるエネルギーを検出することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
  11. 前記同期的に取得することは、非接触検出を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
