Abstract
Description
サイクロン中で、卵殻部分が膜部分から分離されるように、小片のサイズを低減させ、卵殻部分から膜部分を剥離するために、卵殻残留物を渦巻処理するステップと、
サイクロンの一番上のアウトレットを通して、プロセスガスと蒸気と小水滴との混合を主に放出するステップと、
サイクロンの一番下のアウトレットを通して、分離された卵殻部分と膜部分との混合物を主に放出するステップと、
分類デバイス中で、放出された混合物を、卵殻部分パーツと膜部分パーツとに分類するステップとにより特徴付けられる。
Claims (10)
- 卵割りユニット(1)から出る、卵殻部分とともに膜部分を含む卵殻残留物を処理する方法において、前記方法は、以下の、
0.5mmから40mmの小片サイズと、3%から40%の湿量基準含水量とを有する卵殻残留物を、85℃よりも低く、好ましくは60℃よりも低い温度を有するプロセスガスによって、前記卵割りユニット(1)から、60m/秒を超え、好ましくは70m/秒から340m/秒の間のスピードで駆動されるサイクロン(5)中に供給するステップと、
前記サイクロン(5)中で、前記卵殻部分が前記膜部分から分離されるように、小片のサイズを低減させ、前記卵殻部分から前記膜部分を剥離するために、前記卵殻残留物を渦巻処理するステップと、
前記サイクロン(5)の一番上のアウトレット(6)を通して、プロセスガスと蒸気と小水滴との混合を主に放出するステップと、
前記サイクロン(5)の一番下のアウトレット(7)を通して、分離された卵殻部分と膜部分との混合物を主に放出するステップと、
分類デバイス(8)中で、前記放出された混合物を、卵殻部分パーツと膜部分パーツとに分類するステップとにより特徴付けられる方法。 - 総プロセスガス供給レートに関して、卵殻残留物供給レートを調節することによって、卵殻残留物を前記サイクロン(5)中に供給することと、前記混合物を前記サイクロン(5)の外に放出することとの間の時間を制御するさらなるステップを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記時間を、0.5秒から20秒の間隔中に、好ましくは、1秒から5秒の間隔中に制限する請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記サイクロン(5)中に前記卵殻残留物を供給する前に、前記卵殻残留物を遠心分離するさらなるステップ(3)を含む請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記供給するステップは、前記サイクロン(5)中に卵殻残留物を連続的に供給することを含む請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分類するステップは、空気を吹きつけて、前記膜部分パーツを、分類スクリーンから、前記分類デバイス(8)の外に空気圧で排出することを含む請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記卵殻部分パーツを乾燥させるさらなるステップ(9)を含む請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記膜部分パーツを乾燥させるさらなるステップ(10)を含む請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記卵殻部分パーツを製粉するさらなるステップ(11)を含む請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記膜部分パーツを製粉するさらなるステップ(12)を含む請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
