Abstract
Description
エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム5〜20重量部と、ポリエチレン0〜25重量部と、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体0〜10重量部と、相溶化剤1〜5重量部と、水酸化アルミニウム50〜75重量部と、安定剤1〜5重量部と、シリコーンマスターバッチ1〜5重量部とを含む。
エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム8〜18重量部と、ポリエチレン2〜23重量部と、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体2〜10重量部と、相溶化剤1〜5重量部と、水酸化アルミニウム52〜72重量部と、安定剤1〜5重量部と、シリコーンマスターバッチ1〜5重量部とを含む。
エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム10〜18重量部と、ポリエチレン5〜20重量部と、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体3〜10重量部と、相溶化剤1〜5重量部と、水酸化アルミニウム55〜70重量部と、安定剤1〜5重量部と、シリコーンマスターバッチ1〜5重量部とを含む。
(1)配合量どおりに各成分をインターナルミキサーで溶融してブレンドし、次に単軸スクリュー押出機で造粒するステップと、
(2)ステップ(1)で得られた粒子を押出機で線材に押出するステップと、
(3)線材に対して電子加速装置で照射架橋して、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用低煙ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材を得るステップとを含む。
主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)13重量部、ポリエチレン10重量部、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体5重量部、相溶化剤2、水酸化アルミニウム65重量部、安定剤3重量部、シリコーンマスターバッチ2重量部を使用して、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用低煙ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材を製造した。
(1)原料の配合量どおりに各成分を正確に秤量するステップと、
(2)秤量した原料をインターナルミキサーで溶融してブレンドした後、順に単軸スクリュー押出機で造粒するステップと、
(3)製造した粒子を押出機で線材に押出するステップと、
(4)線材に対して電子加速装置で照射架橋するステップとを含む。
主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)14重量部、ポリエチレン5重量部、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体5重量部、相溶化剤3重量部、水酸化アルミニウム68重量部、安定剤2重量部、シリコーンマスターバッチ3重量部を使用して、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用低煙ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材を製造した。
主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)13重量部、ポリエチレン5重量部、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体5重量部、相溶化剤2重量部、水酸化アルミニウム70重量部、安定剤2重量部、シリコーンマスターバッチ3重量部を使用して、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用低煙ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材を製造した。
主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)15重量部、ポリエチレン5重量部、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体5重量部、相溶化剤2重量部、水酸化アルミニウム69重量部、安定剤2重量部、シリコーンマスターバッチ2重量部を使用して、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用低煙ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材を製造した。
主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)10重量部、ポリエチレン5重量部、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体10重量部、相溶化剤1重量部、水酸化アルミニウム60重量部、安定剤2重量部、シリコーンマスターバッチ1重量部を使用して、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用低煙ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材を製造した。
主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)18重量部、ポリエチレン12重量部、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体8重量部、相溶化剤1.5重量部、水酸化アルミニウム66重量部、安定剤3重量部、シリコーンマスターバッチ1.5重量部を使用して、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用低煙ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材を製造した。
主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)18重量部、ポリエチレン20重量部、相溶化剤2重量部、水酸化アルミニウム56重量部、安定剤2重量部、シリコーンマスターバッチ2重量部を使用して、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用低煙ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材を製造した。
Claims (10)
- 主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム5〜20重量部と、ポリエチレン0〜25重量部と、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体0〜10重量部と、相溶化剤1〜5重量部と、水酸化アルミニウム50〜75重量部と、安定剤1〜5重量部と、シリコーンマスターバッチ1〜5重量部とを使用して製造されることを特徴とする125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材。
- 主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム8〜18重量部と、ポリエチレン2〜23重量部と、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体2〜10重量部と、相溶化剤1〜5重量部と、水酸化アルミニウム52〜72重量部と、安定剤1〜5重量部と、シリコーンマスターバッチ1〜5重量部を使用して製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材。
- 主原料として、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム10〜18重量部と、ポリエチレン5〜20重量部と、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体3〜10重量部と、相溶化剤1〜5重量部と、水酸化アルミニウム55〜70重量部と、安定剤1〜5重量部と、シリコーンマスターバッチ1〜5重量部とを使用して製造されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材。
- 前記エチレンプロピレンジエンゴムにおけるエチレンセグメントとプロピレンセグメントとのモル比は、60:40〜70:30であり、第3モノマーは5‐エチリデン‐2‐ノルボルネンであり、三種類のモノマーの全質量に対して1〜3質量%であり、数平均分子量が5〜15万、100℃でのムーニー粘度が30〜70Pa・s、ショアA硬度が20〜50であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材。
- 前記ポリエチレンは低密度ポリエチレンであり、数平均分子量が8〜16万、190℃及び2.16kgでのメルトインデックスが1〜5g/10minであり、
好ましくは、前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体は酢酸ビニル含有量が40〜60wt%であり、190℃及び2.16kgでのメルトインデックスが3〜5g/10minであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材。 - 前記相溶化剤は無水マレイン酸グラフトポリエチレンであり、グラフト率が1〜2%であり、190℃及び2.16kgでのメルトインデックスが1〜3g/10minであり、
好ましくは、前記水酸化アルミニウムはバイヤー焼結法により製造されるものであり、
好ましくは、前記水酸化アルミニウムはアミノシランで変性され、粒子径D50が1〜3ミクロンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材。 - 前記安定剤は、成分として、ステアリン酸カルシウム30〜50重量部、ステアリン酸亜鉛5〜40重量部、30〜60重量部のイルガノックス1010からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材。
- 前記シリコーンマスターバッチは、成分として、低密度ポリエチレン10〜20重量部、シロキサン40〜70重量部、シリカ10〜50重量部からなり、
好ましくは、前記低密度ポリエチレンは数平均分子量が1〜5万であり、190℃及び2.16kgでのメルトインデックスが5〜10g/10minであり、
好ましくは、前記シロキサンはメチルビニルシロキサンであり、数平均分子量が50〜80万であり、
好ましくは、前記シリカは5000〜6000メッシュの沈降シリカであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材。 - (1)配合量どおりに各成分をインターナルミキサーで溶融してブレンドし、次に単軸スクリュー押出機で造粒するステップと、
(2)ステップ(1)で得られた粒子を押出機で線材に押出するステップと、
(3)線材に対して電子加速装置で照射架橋して、125℃照射架橋EPCV太陽光発電システム用ゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材を得るステップと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のゼロハロゲンケーブル絶縁材の製造方法。 - ステップ(1)での混練温度が160〜180℃、混練時間が15〜25分間であり、
好ましくは、ステップ(1)での前記単軸スクリュー押出機は五つの領域に分けられ、各領域の作動温度について、第1領域が110〜120℃、第2領域が120〜130℃、第3領域が130〜140℃、第4領域が140〜150℃、第5領域が150〜160℃であり、
好ましくは、ステップ(2)での前記押出機は四つの領域に分けられ、各領域の作動温度について、第1領域が130〜140℃、第2領域が140〜150℃、第3領域が150〜160℃、第4領域が160〜180℃であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の製造方法。
