Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの加圧通路(29)を備えた第1の要素(13)と、加圧室(30)を備えた第2の要素(2)とを備えた高圧媒体誘導構成要素であって、前記第1の要素(13)の、前記少なくとも1つの加圧通路(29)の1つの開口部または複数の開口部を取り囲んでいるリング状密封面(32)と、前記第2の要素(2)の、前記加圧室(30)の縁を取り囲んでいるリング状密封面(33)とが、密封個所を形成するために互いに面当接して協働し、前記加圧通路(29)の横断面が前記加圧室(30)の横断面よりも小さい前記高圧媒体誘導構成要素において、圧力によって生じる前記リング状密封面(32,33)の半径方向膨張が実質的に等しいことを特徴とする高圧媒体誘導構成要素。
- 前記第1の要素内の前記少なくとも1つの加圧通路(29)の前記開口部が、前記リング状密封面(32)に対し相対的に軸線方向に後退していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの加圧通路(29)が、前記加圧通路(29)に比べて拡大された横断面を備える空間(36)内へ開口し、該空間(36)が前記リング状密封面(32)によって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の構成要素。
- 前記構成要素が、前記第2の要素を形成しているポンプシリンダ(2)と、ポンプピストン(3)と、少なくとも1つの弁ユニットとを備えたコモンレール型高圧ポンプのためのポンプ要素であり、前記弁ユニットが吸込弁(8)と加圧弁(9)とを有し、該吸込弁および加圧弁において、それぞれ1つの吸込弁部材または加圧弁部材(22,16)が吸込弁座または加圧弁座(24,18)に対し押圧可能であり、前記吸込弁部材および前記加圧弁部材(22,16)が、前記第1の要素を形成している弁担持体(13)内に変位可能に配置され、前記ポンプピストン(3)の下降時に媒体が前記吸込弁(8)を介して前記ポンプ要素の吸込室(26)から吸い込まれ、前記ポンプピストン(3)の上昇時に媒体が前記加圧弁(9)を介して押し出され、前記吸込室(26)が、前記弁担持体(13)を貫通している吸込孔(27)を介して前記吸込弁(8)と結合され、前記ポンプ要素の、前記ポンプシリンダ(2)内に形成されているポンプ室(30)が、前記加圧室を形成して、前記吸込孔(27)と直角に延びるように前記弁担持体(13)内に形成された複数の前記加圧通路(29)を介して前記加圧弁(9)と結合され、前記第2の要素の前記リング状密封面が、前記加圧通路(29)の前記開口部を取り囲んでいる、前記弁担持体(13)のリング状密封面(32)によって形成され、前記第1の要素の前記リング状密封面が、前記ポンプ室(30)の前記縁を取り囲んでいる、前記ポンプシリンダ(2)のリング状密封面によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3に記載の構成要素。
- 前記吸込孔(27)と前記弁担持体(13)の前記密封面(32)との間に設けられる材料厚が、横断面で見て、前記吸込孔(27)の径の少なくとも1.25倍、好適には1.5倍であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の構成要素。
- 前記ポンプシリンダ(2)の筒状内面(34)と前記密封面(33)との間の移行部に、前記密封面(33)のほうへ拡大しているリング状円錐面または凸状面(35)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の構成要素。
- 前記吸込室(26)に通じている供給孔(25)が、前記吸込孔(27)に対し実質的に同軸に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項4、5または6に記載の構成要素。
- 前記第2の要素(2)の前記密封面(33)が0−3μmの角度誇張部を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の構成要素。
- 互いに協働する前記密封面(32,33)が研削によって加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の構成要素。
- 前記ポンプシリンダ(2)が100Cr6鋼から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ要素。
