Claims (15)
- ニット材料を形成し、ニッティングによる同一の作業過程において、加熱導体(4)を経糸として配置し、かつ互いに間隔をおいて緯糸又は緯糸グループとして、前記加熱導体(4)に接触する接触導体(5)を挿入する、テキスタイルの面状ヒーティングエレメント(1)を製造する方法であって、
面状ヒーティングエレメント(1)を製造するために、製造速度が編目形成に関連して変化させられる経編機又はラッシェル編機を使用し、かつ/又は前記経編機又はラッシェル編機は、緯糸を供給する供給チェーン(11)と緯糸を挿入する緯糸キャリッジ(12)とを備えたマガジン緯入れシステムを有しており、前記供給チェーン(11)及び前記緯糸キャリッジ(12)を、前記編目形成に関連して、予め設定された時間停止させることを特徴とする、テキスタイルの面状ヒーティングエレメントを製造する方法。 - 前記製造速度の制御及び前記供給チェーン(11)及び前記緯糸キャリッジ(12)の停止時間の制御を、それぞれパルス制御を用いて行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- ニット材料を形成するために、第1のガイドバーを用いてフリンジスティッチ(3)を形成し、かつ経糸として前記加熱導体(4)を配置するために、2つのガイドバーを使用する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記2つのガイドバーによって、前記供給チェーン(11)の走行方向に対して横方向に前記加熱導体(4)の種々異なったずれを生ぜしめる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記ずれは、0ラインに対して+/−1.5インチまでである、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記加熱導体(4)の大きなずれの領域において、製造速度を、前記加熱導体(4)の小さなずれを有する領域に対して減じる、請求項4又は5記載の方法。
- ベース材料、特にフリース(2)を使用し、該ベース材料をニット材料によって穿刺し、前記フリンジスティッチ(3)によって、前記加熱導体(4)及び前記接触導体(5)を前記ベース材料と結合させて、位置固定させる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記加熱導体(4)は、前記接触導体(5)を取り囲む編目を形成する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 緯糸として絶縁糸をニット材料内に挿入する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 緯糸を供給する供給チェーン(11)と、ニット材料内に緯糸を挿入する緯糸キャリッジ(12)とを備えた、経編機又はラッシェル編機用のマガジン緯入れシステムであって、
制御ユニットが設けられていて、該制御ユニットを用いて、前記ニット材料のニッティングプロセス中に、前記緯糸キャリッジ(12)及び前記供給チェーン(11)が、前記ニット材料の編目形成に関連して、予め設定された時間停止させられることを特徴とする、マガジン緯入れシステム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、パルス制御ユニットであり、かつ/又は、前記制御ユニット内に、パラメータ変更可能なソフトウエアが設けられている、請求項10記載のマガジン緯入れシステム。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法によって製造された、テキスタイルの面状ヒーティングエレメント(1)。
- 自動車の内室におけるエレメントを加熱するための、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法によって製造された、面状ヒーティングエレメント(1)の使用。
- 前記面状ヒーティングエレメント(1)は、自動車におけるシートヒーティングのために使用され、このとき自動車のシートは、シート表面を形成するカバー層と、該カバー層の下に位置する快適層とを有しており、前記面状ヒーティングエレメント(1)は、前記カバー層の直ぐ下に配置されているか、又は前記快適層は、前記面状ヒーティングエレメント(1)のベース材料を形成していて、該ベース材料に加熱導体(4)及び接触導体(5)が、フリンジスティッチ(3)によって結合されている、請求項13記載の使用。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法によって製造された、面状ヒーティングエレメント(1)を、建物の壁ヒーティング又は床ヒーティングとして、又はヒーティング壁紙として、又は衣料品のために使用する、面状ヒーティングエレメント(1)の使用。
