Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément chauffant plat textile (1), consistant à former un tissu à mailles et à placer par tricotage en une seule et même opération des conducteurs chauffants (4) en tant que fils de chaîne. Des conducteurs de contact (5) en contact avec les conducteurs chauffants (4) sont insérés à distance les uns des autres en tant que fils de trame ou groupes de fils de trame. On utilise pour la fabrication de l'élément chauffant plat textile (1) un métier à tricoter en chaîne ou un métier rachel dont la vitesse de production varie en fonction de la formation des mailles. Le métier à tricoter en chaîne ou le métier rachel présente un système d'insertion de fils de trame à magasin comportant des chaînes d'alimentation (11) servant à l'alimentation en fils de trame et un chariot de fils de trame (12) servant à l'insertion des fils de trame. Les chaînes d'alimentation (11) et le chariot de fils de trames (12) sont arrêtés pour des durées prédéfinies en fonction de la formation des mailles.
