Abstract
Description
(1)長尺状の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体をその長軸方向に沿った位置に載置して支持するための1又は複数の長尺状支持部材と、
長尺状支持部材の各々を、長尺状支持部材各々の長軸方向において2か所以上で保持するための複数の第1の保持部材と
を有し、
複数の第1の保持部材は、1又は複数の第2の保持部材で保持されるか又は保持構造の基部に保持され、かつ、長尺状支持部材上に載置される長尺状二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体が、発熱体保持構造を破壊することなく交換可能である、二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
(10)複数の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子が、バー又はチューブのような素子であり、各対のその隣接するバー又はチューブのような素子に電気絶縁体が介在し、バー又はチューブのような電気絶縁性本体、チューブのような電気絶縁性本体の部分で一体的に保持される(held together by a bar or tube−like electrically insulating body, the tube−like electrically insulating body)、上記(7)に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。

Claims (10)
- 長尺状の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体をその長軸方向に沿った位置に載置して支持するための1又は複数の長尺状支持部材と、
前記長尺状支持部材の各々を、前記長尺状支持部材各々の長軸方向において2か所以上で保持するための複数の第1の保持部材と
を有し、
前記複数の第1の保持部材は、1又は複数の第2の保持部材で保持されるか又は保持構造の基部に保持され、かつ、前記長尺状支持部材上に載置される前記長尺状二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体が、発熱体保持構造を破壊することなく交換可能である、二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。 - 前記長尺状支持部材を複数有し、前記基部又は前記第2の保持部材と、前記複数の長尺状支持部材と、前記複数の第1の保持部材とにより画定される空間に、蛇行形状の長尺状二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体のU字型部分を一軸方向から挿入出可能であることにより、前記長尺状二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体が、前記発熱体保持構造を破壊することなく交換可能に保持される、請求項1に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
- 前記長尺状支持部材が、前記第1の保持部材に脱着可能に保持され、前記長尺状支持部材を前記第1の保持部材から取外すことにより、前記長尺状二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体が、前記保持構造を破壊することなく交換可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
- 前記第2の保持部材又は前記基部として上下両方向に開放されている枠体を有し、前記長尺状支持部材に載置される前記長尺状二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体により、前記枠体の前記上下両方向が加熱可能である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
- 前記第2の保持部材が長尺状であり、前記複数の長尺状支持部材の各々を保持する前記複数の第1の保持部材が、前記長尺状の前記第2の保持部材によって一連に保持される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
- 前記長尺状の前記第2の保持部材とは別に上下方向の少なくとも一方向に開放されている枠体を有し、前記枠体に前記第2の保持部材を保持し、前記長尺状支持部材に載置される前記長尺状二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体により、前記枠体の前記少なくとも一方向を加熱可能にするとともに、前記第2の保持部材が前記第1の保持部材及び前記長尺状支持部材と一緒に前記枠体から取外し可能である、請求項5に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
- 前記長尺状支持部材は、電気絶縁体がその間に介在する複数の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子を含み、前記二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体が、前記二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子に直接接触するように載置される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
- 前記長尺状支持部材が、二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子を収容する電気絶縁性セラミックス製の長尺状支持部材であり、前記二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子は、互いに電気的に絶縁され、前記二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体が、前記二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子に直接接触するように載置される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
- 各対の前記二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子の間に、電気絶縁体を挿入し、前記二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子の動きを抑制するとともに、前記電気絶縁体を前記二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子より大きいサイズとし段差が形成されることで、前記二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体の熱間変形を抑制する、請求項8に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
- 前記複数の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス素子が、バー又はチューブのような素子であり、各対のその隣接するバー又はチューブのような素子に電気絶縁体が介在し、バー又はチューブのような電気絶縁性本体により一体的に保持され、前記長尺状支持部材が、前記第1の保持部材により前記チューブのような電気絶縁性本体の部分で保持される、請求項7に記載の二珪化モリブデン系セラミックス発熱体保持構造。
