Claims (7)
- 油圧システムに連結可能な油圧エネルギー変換装置(4)であって、前記変換装置(4)は、油圧流体の流れを制御するマニホルド装置(1)と、マニホルド装置(1)を制御する制御装置(3)と、前記マニホルド装置(1)に連結されていて前記油圧システムによって供給された油圧エネルギーを前記マニホルド装置(1)経由で貯蔵する少なくとも1つのアキュムレータ(2)とを有する、油圧エネルギー変換装置(4)。
- 少なくとも2つのアキュムレータ(2,28)が前記マニホルド装置(1)に連結されている、請求項1記載の油圧エネルギー変換装置(4)。
- 前記変換装置(4)は、前記マニホルド装置(1)に連結されていて油圧エネルギーを前記少なくとも1つのアキュムレータ(2)に貯蔵するために油圧システムからの油圧流体を受け入れる少なくとも1本の供給ラインを有し、前記少なくとも1本の供給ラインは、更に、前記少なくとも1つの油圧エネルギーアキュムレータ(2)内に貯蔵された前記油圧エネルギーによって加圧された油圧流体を前記油圧システムに供給するようになっている、請求項1又は2記載の油圧エネルギー変換装置(4)。
- 前記マニホルド装置(1)は、前記少なくとも1つのアキュムレータ(2)からの流体の流れ及び/又は前記少なくとも1つのアキュムレータ(2)への流体の流れを可能にする少なくとも1つのスイッチ(20)を有する、請求項3記載の油圧エネルギー変換装置(4)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスイッチ(20)は、弁である、請求項4記載の油圧エネルギー変換装置(4)。
- 油圧システムを作動させる方法であって、前記油圧システムは、油圧駆動装置(8,80)を含み、前記油圧駆動装置は、特にカウンタバランス弁(9)を介して前記油圧駆動装置(8,80)への作動の流れ及び前記油圧駆動装置(8,80)からの作動の流れを可能にするよう油圧流体流れ及び油圧ライン(10,11)によって駆動され、特に請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の油圧エネルギー変換装置(4)が特に前記カウンタバランス弁(9)とインラインで前記油圧システム内に配置され、前記変換装置は、前記油圧駆動装置から流れて戻っている流体の圧力がしきい値を超えた場合、前記油圧駆動装置から流れて戻っている前記流体によって生じるエネルギーを少なくとも1つのアキュムレータ(2,28)内に貯蔵し、前記変換装置は、前記油圧駆動装置(8,80)がエネルギーを必要とした場合に前記アキュムレータ(2,28)内に貯蔵されたエネルギーを前記油圧駆動装置に供給する、方法。
- 前記変換装置は、2つのアキュムレータ(2,28)を用い、一方のアキュムレータは、前記油圧駆動装置(8,80)からエネルギーを受け取り、それと同時に、他方のアキュムレータは、エネルギーを前記油圧駆動装置(8,80)に供給する、請求項6記載の方法。
