Abstract
Description
多層床材構造を形成することは、ベース基板上に、例えば、エポキシ層、ポリウレタン層、床材層、及び他の床材コーティングの層などの様々な層を連続的に置くことを伴う。多層床材構造は、駐車場、工業的建物(耐薬品性床材として)、地下水保護のための2次封じ込め、橋の間隙、高速自動車道路などのために使用され得る。それらの層のそれぞれは、下にある基板に対する接着を提供する機能性、底部表面下から生じる亀裂を架橋する能力を提供する機能性、最上部表面上に耐薬品性を提供する機能性、ならびに損耗及び消耗に抵抗するための耐摩耗性及び/または機械的統合性を提供する機能性のうちの1つの機能性などの異なる機能性を多層床材構造に与え得る。しかしながら、様々な層を塗布することは労働集約的であり、塗布プロセス中の硬化を可能にするのに長期間必要とするため、多層床材構造における層の総数の低減が模索される。
Claims (15)
- エポキシプレポリマー配合物、エポキシ−シラン混成配合物、エポキシチオールアクリレート、及びエポキシアミンアクリレート配合物の群から選択される最小の1つであるエポキシ系配合物の反応生成物であるコーティング剤を含む、コーティング組成物であって、
硬化状態の前記コーティング剤が、ある温度範囲にわたる損失正接プロットに従って、−75℃〜0℃の第1の温度範囲で第1の損失正接ピーク、及び20℃〜75℃の第2の温度範囲で第2の損失正接ピークを呈し、
前記第1の損失正接ピークの値及び前記第2の損失正接ピークの値がそれぞれ、動的機械的熱分析に従って測定される、前記ある温度範囲内の特定の温度での前記コーティング剤の損失弾性率と前記コーティング剤の貯蔵弾性率の比率を表し、前記第1及び前記第2の損失正接ピークの前記値が0.10〜0.80である、前記コーティング組成物。 - 前記コーティング剤が、エポキシ末端ポリエーテルプレポリマー及びアミン硬膜剤成分を含む前記エポキシプレポリマー配合物の前記反応生成物であり、前記アミン硬膜剤成分が、前記エポキシプレポリマー配合物の総重量に基づいてエポキシプレポリマー配合物中に5重量%〜45重量%の量で存在し、
前記エポキシ末端ポリエーテルプレポリマーが、2〜4個のアミン水素官能基を有するポリエーテルアミン及び芳香族エポキシ樹脂を含む反応混合物の生成物であり、前記反応混合物中の前記芳香族エポキシ樹脂の当量重量が、前記ポリエーテルアミンと反応して前記エポキシ末端プレポリマーを形成するために化学量論的に必要とされる前記芳香族エポキシ樹脂の当量重量よりも少なくとも3倍大きい、請求項1に記載の前記コーティング組成物。 - 前記第1の損失正接ピークの前記値が0.10〜0.30であり、前記第2の損失正接ピークの前記値が0.30〜0.60である、請求項2に記載の前記コーティング組成物。
- 前記コーティング剤が、エポキシ成分、アミン成分、及びシラン成分を含む前記エポキシ−シラン混成配合物の前記反応生成物であり、
前記シラン成分が、ポリウレタン骨格及びシラン末端基を有するシラン変性ポリマーを含み、前記シラン変性ポリマーが、前記エポキシ配合物の総重量に基づいて前記エポキシ−シラン混成配合物中に20重量%〜40重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の前記コーティング組成物。 - 前記第1の損失正接ピークの前記値が0.50〜0.80であり、前記第2の損失正接ピークの前記値が0.20〜0.40である、請求項4に記載の前記コーティング組成物。
- 前記コーティング剤が、エポキシ成分、アクリレートキャップされたポリオール成分、及びチオール成分を含むエポキシチオールアクリレート配合物の前記反応生成物であり、
前記エポキシチオールアクリレート配合物が、前記エポキシチオールアクリレート配合物の前記総重量に基づいて35重量%〜60重量%の前記アクリレートキャップされたポリエーテルポリオール成分を含み、
前記チオール成分がアルキルジチオールまたはアルキルトリチオールを含み、前記チオール成分が、前記エポキシチオールアクリレート配合物の前記総重量に基づいて前記エポキシチオールアクリレート配合物中に15重量%〜40重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の前記コーティング組成物。 - 前記第1の損失正接ピークの前記値が0.40〜0.55であり、前記第2の損失正接ピークの前記値が0.20〜0.35である、請求項6に記載の前記コーティング組成物。
- 前記コーティング剤が、エポキシ成分、アクリレートキャップされたポリエーテルポリオール成分、及びアミン成分を含む前記エポキシアミンアクリレート配合物の前記反応生成物であり、
前記エポキシアミンアクリレート配合物が、前記エポキシアミンアクリレート配合物の総重量に基づいて20重量%〜70重量%の前記エポキシ成分を含み、
前記アクリレートキャップされたポリオール成分が、前記エポキシアミンアクリレート配合物の前記総重量に基づいて前記エポキシアミンアクリレート配合物中に20重量%〜70重量%の量で存在し、
前記アミン成分が、前記エポキシアミンアクリレート配合物の前記総重量に基づいて前記エポキシアミンアクリレート配合物中に5重量%〜50重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の前記コーティング組成物。 - 前記エポキシ成分が、ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ビスフェノールFジグリシジルエーテル、及び脂肪族グリシジルエーテルの群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、
前記アミン成分が、脂肪族ポリアミン、アリール脂肪族ポリアミン、脂環式ポリアミン、及び芳香族ポリアミンの群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載の前記コーティング組成物。 - 希釈剤または変性剤成分が、前記エポキシアミンアクリレート配合物の前記総重量に基づいて前記エポキシアミンアクリレート配合物中に5重量%〜50重量%の量で存在し、
前記希釈剤または変性剤成分が、スチレン化フェノール、ジイソプロピルナフタレン、ポリアルキレングリコール、ポリアルキレングリコールエーテル、フェノールポリアルキレングリコールエーテル、ベンジルアルコール、及び高沸点の一価または多価アルコールの群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載の前記コーティング組成物。 - 前記エポキシ系配合物の前記反応生成物が、床材用途の可撓性層及び耐機械的損耗性最上層を形成する床材層である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の前記コーティング組成物。
- 前記エポキシ系配合物の前記反応生成物が、床材用途の可撓性層及び耐摩耗性最上層を形成する床材層である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の前記コーティング組成物。
- 前記エポキシ系配合物の前記反応生成物が、床材用途の可撓性層及び耐薬品性最上層を形成する床材層である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の前記コーティング組成物。
- 前記エポキシ系配合物の前記反応生成物が、床材用途の下塗り層及び可撓性層を形成する床材層である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の前記コーティング組成物。
- 前記エポキシ系配合物前記コーティング剤の前記反応生成物が、エポキシ系可撓性亀裂架橋層を形成する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の前記コーティング組成物。
