Claims (11)
- バルブハウジング(10)内を長手方向移動可能に誘導され操作装置(14)によって操作可能なバルブピストン(12)を備えたバルブ、特に比例圧力制御弁であって、前記バルブハウジング(10)は複数の流体接続部(Ρ、Α、Τ)を有しており、前記バルブピストン(12)の一方の移動位置では圧力供給接続部(P)と作業接続部(A)との間に流体誘導接続路が形成され、他方の移動位置では作業接続部(A)とタンク接続部(T)との間に別の流体誘導接続が形成されている、バルブにおいて、
作業接続部(A)とタンク接続部(T)との間の別の流体誘導接続を貫流する際に発生するその都度の差圧が駆動装置(30)を介して前記バルブピストン(12)に作用して、前記バルブピストン(12)は前記別の流体誘導接続が次第に遮断される起点となる衝止位置(32)と反対方向に動いて完全に開いた開放位置に達し、前記開放位置で衝止位置(32)よりも拡大された作業接続部(A)からタンク接続部(T)への開放断面が達成されることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 前記駆動装置(30)は、好ましくはバルブハウジング(10)内を案内されている制御通路(34)を介してその都度の差圧を、さもなければ圧力平衡状態に保たれているバルブピストン(12)のピストンリング面(36)に誘導し、前記ピストンリング面(36)は差圧の影響下で衝止位置(32)から出発して完全に開いた開放位置(図3)に到達することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記衝止位置(32)はエネルギー蓄積手段、好ましくは圧縮ばね(44)を介して付勢された衝止体(46)によって生み出され、前記衝止体(46)はバルブハウジング(10)又は操作装置(14)の固定部分に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記衝止体は中央孔を備えた円板(46)によって形成されていること、前記円板(46)は衝止位置(32)で端面が操作磁石(14)の極体(24)に支持されていること、及び前記圧縮ばね(44)は一方の自由端部では円板(46)に支持され、他方の自由端部ではバルブハウジング(10)と極体(24)との間で固持された終端板(60)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブピストン(12)はその一方の自由端部(52)が衝止体(46)を貫入し、前記自由端部(52)の領域に連行部材(54)を有しており、操作装置(14)を操作すると前記連行部材(54)はエネルギー蓄積手段(44)の作用に抗して衝止体(46)を衝止位置(32)から離れて最大可能作用位置に移動させ、前記最大可能作用位置で供給接続部(P)と作業接続部(A)との間に流体誘導接続路が形成されており、作業接続部(A)からタンク接続部(T)への流体誘導接続が遮断されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記操作装置(14)は加圧作用を行う操作磁石から形成されていること、及びバルブピストン(12)も操作磁石(14)の棒状操作部材(22)も連続した圧力平衡通路(56)を有しており、前記圧力平衡通路(56)はその一方の側でバルブピストン(12)の移動位置に関わりなくタンク接続部(T)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記制御通路(34)は、バルブハウジング(10)の直径が拡大された流体室(38)に開口しており、そこでバルブピストン(12)の一方のピストンリング面(36)がバルブピストン(12)のすべての移動位置に誘導され、前記ピストンリング面(36)はタンク接続部(T)に向って細くなっているバルブピストン(12)の異なるピストン直径(d1/d2)の段差移行部から生じていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記制御通路(34)は、バルブハウジング(10)からの一方の終端側出口の領域で閉止栓(40)によって閉じられており、前記閉止栓(40)は制御通路(34)の流体室(38)への入口を解放していること、及び前記制御通路の他方の端部は作業接続部(A)とタンク接続部(T)との間の差圧を触知する接続部(Α’)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブピストン(12)は衝止位置(32)を占める際に別の直径縮小部(62)を有しており、前記直径縮小部(62)の軸方向長さは供給接続部(P)が解放され、且つ作業接続部(A)がバルブピストン(12)によって遮断されるものであること、及び前記バルブピストン(12)が操作装置(14)の影響下でタンク接続部(T)に向かって動くに連れて供給接続部(P)と作業接続部(A)との間の流体誘導接続が次第に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記クラッチは少なくとも2枚のクラッチディスクからなり、前記クラッチディスクは連結した状態では操作されたバルブの作業接続部(A)において操作圧力下でクラッチエネルギー蓄積手段の作用に抗して互いに摩擦接続に入り、解離した状態ではクラッチエネルギー蓄積手段の影響下で操作流体を作業接続部(A)からタンク接続部(T)へ押し出し、前記バルブピストン(12)が衝止位置(32)に到達するまでの最初の開放断面と、前記バルブピストン(12)が衝止位置(32)から離れて操作装置(14)の固定具(16)に向かってさらに動く際のより大きい開放断面とを有する、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のバルブのクラッチにおける使用。
- 完全に解離した後でバルブピストン(12)は一種の中立状態にあり、クラッチを操作するために操作装置(14)を再度投入すると、最低限の磁力のみでバルブピストン(12)を衝止体(14、40)に接触する衝止位置まで動かせることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の使用。
