Claims (18)
- 第1表面、対向する第2表面、および前記第1表面から前記第2表面へと延びる複数の穴部を有するプレートであって、前記複数の穴部の各穴部が、前記第1表面から前記穴部内に漏斗状に集中する第1斜面を有する、プレートと、
複数の水素透過管部材であって、前記複数の水素透過管部材の各管部材が、第1端、対向する第2端、および前記第1端に近接するフレア構造を有し、前記フレア構造が第2斜面を有する、複数の水素透過管部材と、
を備える管マトリクスであって、
前記複数の水素透過管部材が前記プレート内の前記複数の穴部内に延在し、前記管部材の各々の前記第2斜面が、前記管部材の各々がその中を通る前記穴部の各々の前記第1斜面に溶接されている、管マトリクス。 - 前記複数の水素透過管部材の前記管部材の各々が、パラジウム合金管と、前記パラジウム合金管に取り付けられる溶接終端部とを含むアセンブリであり、前記フレア構造が前記溶接終端部の一部である、請求項1に記載の管マトリクス。
- 前記プレートが金属合金を含み、前記溶接終端部の各々もまた前記金属合金を含む、請求項1に記載の管マトリクス。
- 前記管部材の各々の前記第1端が、前記プレートの前記第1表面を越えて延びない、請求項1に記載の管マトリクス。
- 前記フレア構造の各々が、内縁部および外縁部を備えた平坦な上面を有し、前記第2斜面が前記平坦な上面の前記外縁部から始まる、請求項1に記載の管マトリクス。
- 前記フレア構造の前記内縁部から始まり、内部方向に漏斗状に集中する、第3斜面をさらに有する、請求項5に記載の管マトリクス。

前記複数の水素透過管部材が前記プレート内の前記複数の穴部内に延在し、

- 前記複数の水素透過管部材が、パラジウム合金管および前記パラジウム合金管を覆うステンレス鋼溶接終端部を含む管アセンブリであり、前記フレア構造の各々が前記溶接終端部上に形成されている、請求項7に記載のマトリクス。
- 前記皿形領域の各々が、前記穴部に向かって漏斗状に集中する第1斜面を有する、請求項7に記載のマトリクス。
- 前記フレア構造が、前記皿形領域の各々内で前記第1斜面に当接する第2斜面を有する、請求項10に記載のマトリクス。
- 前記第1斜面および前記第2斜面が、前記皿形領域において互いに溶接されている、請求項11に記載のマトリクス。
- 第1端および第2端を有するパラジウム合金管と、
前記パラジウム合金管の前記第1端を覆う溶接終端部であって、平坦な上面および鋭角に傾斜する外面を備えたフレア構造を有する、溶接終端部と、
を備える、管マトリクスに使用するための管アセンブリ。 - 前記溶接終端部が下端および上端を有し、前記フレア構造が前記溶接終端部の前記上端に形成されている、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記溶接終端部が前記下端と前記フレア構造との間で一定の外径を有し、前記フレア構造が前記外径より大きな第2直径を有する、請求項14に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記溶接終端部が前記パラジウム合金管と連通する開放内部管路を画定する、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記溶接終端部が、ステンレス鋼から成り、ろう付け接合部によって前記パラジウム合金管に取り付けられている、請求項16に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記フレア構造が、鋭角で前記開放内部管路へと漏斗状に集中する内斜面をさらに有する、請求項17に記載のアセンブリ。
