Abstract
Description
又、本願発明は、上記製造方法を使用して製造された偏光レンズに関している。
偏光レンズは、これらが奏する機能的効果及び利益のために、眼鏡使用者(opticians)に広く使用されている。偏光フイルターを有するレンズは、電磁放射線を取り除いて、直接光源から発せられた光線のみの通過を可能にし、特に、人の目をまぶしがらせる傾向がある反射光を中和(neutralising)し、そして、特に、水平光をブロックする。また、偏光フイルターは、UV−A及びUV−B放射線を減じる。反射光や反射のギラギラの影響を中和する偏光レンズを備えている眼鏡は、かくして、明確な緩和された視野を与えて、良好な視野をもたらし、視野の状態を改善し、又、色やコントラストを知覚させることができる。

この課題は、請求項に従ってなされる、眼鏡用の偏光レンズを製造する方法により、本願発明で解決される。
本願発明の特徴と効果とは、添付図面を参照し、限定されないで示された方法により説明される好ましい実施の形態の以下の詳細な説明からより明らかになるであろう。
Claims (13)
- 偏光光学フイルターの構造体の上に偏光レンズを共同射出成型することにより形成される、眼鏡用の偏光レンズの製造方法において、
前記偏光光学フイルターの構造体は、これの製造の間に成形された湾曲形状を有し、この湾曲形状の偏光光学フイルターの構造体は、射出モールドの中に挿入される前に、光学フイルターの上への偏光レンズの共同射出成型の続く工程(60)のために、光学フイルターに所定の曲率を与えるための熱成形工程(20)がなされることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記熱成形工程(20)で、前記光学フイルターは、これの凸外面が、所定の曲率を有するように形成されているモールド面に支持された状態で、熱成形モールドの中に配置され、熱成形工程(20)の間に、前記凸外面とモールド面との間を真空にして、モールドにより規定されている曲率を光学フイルターが有するようにし、光学フイルターが冷却されたときに、前記曲率を有することを可能にしている、請求項1に係わる方法。
- 前記熱成形工程(20)の後に、光学フイルターの構造体をクリーニングするためのクリーニング工程(30)がなされ、このクリーニング工程は、アルカリ性の洗剤に光学フイルターを浸漬することによる超音波洗浄工程(30a)を含んでいる、請求項1又は2に係わる方法。
- 洗浄のための前記水溶液は、13.4のpH値と、ほぼ50℃の温度とを有し、に光学フイルターを約5分間浸漬して保つ請求項3に係わる方法。
- 超音波洗浄工程(30a)には、溶液内のフイルターを保持しているバスケットを、周囲温度のもとで約30秒、振ることによる水中での第1のリンスの工程(30b)が続く、請求項4に係わる方法。
- 好ましくは、5のpH値の弱酸性の洗剤を含んでいる水溶液に光学フイルターを浸漬する第2の超音波洗浄の工程(30c)がなされる、請求項5に係わる方法。
- 第2の超音波洗浄の工程には、周囲温度のもとで約30秒間光学フイルターを浸漬させることによる水中でリンスする更なる工程(30d)が続く、請求項6に係わる方法。
- 約4分間、約50℃の温度の脱塩された水中でリンスする更なる工程(30e)が続く、請求項7に係わる方法。
- クリーニング及び洗浄工程には、光学フイルターを支持体の上に載せて55℃の一般的なオーブン内で光学フイルターを約10分間で乾燥させる工程(40)が続く、請求項8に係わる方法。
- 前記乾燥工程(40)に、イオン化された空気を光学フイルターに吹き付ける工程(50)が続く、請求項9に係わる方法。
- 前記光学フイルターは、所定の光学層と、この所定の光学層を保護するための少なくとも1つの保護用のポリアミド層とを含んでいる積層構造を有している、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に係わる方法。
- 前記光学フイルターの上に共同射出成型さけた偏光レンズの部分は、ポリアミドで形成されている、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に係わる方法。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に係わる方法に従って形成された偏光レンズ。
