Claims (15)
- ユーザによる変更が可能ないくらかの薬剤用量を選択および投薬するための薬物送達デバイスであって、
ハウジング(10)と、
薬剤を収容するカートリッジ(170)と、
該カートリッジ(170)内に残る薬剤量を超過する用量の選択を防止するための最終用量保護機構であって、
用量選択中には第1の方向におよび用量投薬中には逆方向に回転可能である第1の部材(60)、
該第1の部材(60)が回転したとき第1の部材(60)およびハウジング(10)に対して動かされるように、第1の部材(60)およびハウジング(10)に連結された第2の部材(50)、ならびに
用量投薬中に第1の部材および第2の部材(50、60)に対して動かされる第3の部材(100)
を含む、最終用量保護機構と
を含み、
ここで、第2の部材および第3の部材(50、100)の当接により、選択された用量の増加が防止される前記薬物送達デバイス。 - 用量選択中に、第2の部材(50)は、ハウジング(10)に対して第1の方向に動かされ、用量投薬中に、第3の部材(100)は、ハウジング(10)に対して第1の方向とは逆の第2の方向に動かされる、請求項1に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 用量選択中に、第2の部材(50)は、ハウジング(10)に対して軸方向で遠位方向に動かされ、用量投薬中に、第3の部材(100)は、ハウジング(10)に対して軸方向で近位方向に動かされる、請求項2に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 第2の部材(50)および第3の部材(100)は、ハウジング(10)に対してスプライン係合される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 第2の部材(50)は、ねじ山により第1の部材(60)に連結される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 最大設定可能用量および最小設定可能用量を規定するリミッタ機構(50、60)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- リミッタ機構は、最終用量保護機構の第1の部材(60)および第2の部材(50)を含み、該第2の部材(50)は、第1の部材(60)が回転した場合、第2の部材(50)が最大用量位置および最小用量位置を規定する端を有するトラックに沿って第1の部材(60)および/またはハウジング(10)に対して動かされるように、第1の部材(60)およびハウジング(10)に連結される、請求項6に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- カートリッジ(170)を受けるためのカートリッジホルダ(20)と、親ねじ(30)と、用量投薬中に親ねじ(30)を駆動するための手段(40、90)とをさらに含み、ここで、親ねじ(30)は、カートリッジホルダ(20)が用量投薬中にハウジング(10)および親ねじ(30)に対して軸方向に変位されるように、カートリッジホルダ(20)に連結される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 親ねじ(30)は、カートリッジホルダ(20)に対して軸方向に拘束され親ねじ(30)とねじ係合状態にある引込みナット(100)によって、カートリッジホルダ(20)に連結される、請求項8に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 引込みナット(100)は、最終用量保護機構の第3の部材である、請求項9に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 用量投薬中に親ねじ(30)を駆動するばね(90)を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 選択された用量を示すためのディスプレイ(140、150)を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ディスプレイは、ハウジング(10)内で回転可能であるが軸方向には拘束される少なくとも1つの用量標示要素(140、150)を含む、請求項12に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ディスプレイは、第1の用量標示要素(140)および第2の用量標示要素(150)を含み、第1の用量標示要素(140)は、該第1の用量標示要素(140)の連続回転が第2の用量標示要素(150)の断続回転に変換されるように、第2の用量標示要素(150)に連結される、請求項12または13に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 触覚フィードバックおよび/または聴覚フィードバックを発生させるための少なくとも1つのクリッカ機構(52、64;143、153)を含む請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイスであって、クリッカ機構(52、64)は、用量投薬の終了を知らせる、および/またはクリッカ機構(143、153)は、1の位の単位または複数の1の位の単位をダイヤル設定する場合に異なるフィードバックを発生させる前記薬物送達デバイス。
