Abstract
Description
40〜50質量%のポリアミド−6と、ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)を含むポリ(フェニレンエーテル)を19〜27質量%と、タルクを15〜20質量%と、ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−プロピレン)ジブロックコポリマー、ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマーまたはそれらの組み合わせを含む水素化ブロックコポリマーであって、28〜37質量%のポリスチレン含量を有する水素化ブロックコポリマーを7〜12質量%と、カーボンナノチューブを1.1〜1.7質量%と、ポリアミド−6およびポリ(フェニレンエーテル)のための相溶化剤を0.2〜1質量%とを含む成分を溶融混合した生成物を含むことを特徴とする組成物。
これらの例は、ポリアミド−6をベースとした導電性組成物におけるタルクの特性効果を例証する。組成物を調製するために用いた成分を表1に要約する。
これらの比較例は、ポリアミド−6,6を相当な量含有する導電性組成物におけるタルクの特性効果を例証する。すべての組成物は、表2にリストされた成分に加えて、0.5質量%のCA、1.0質量%の鉱油および8.0質量%のSEBSも含む。注目すべきは、比較例4は比較例2に対応し、すべてのポリアミド−6がポリアミド−6,6に置き換えられている。また、比較例5は実施例3に対応し、タルクマスターバッチに伴うものを除くすべてのポリアミド−6に代わってポリアミド−6,6が用いられている。さらに、比較例6および7は、同様に、実施例6および7に対応し、それぞれ、タルクマスターバッチに伴うものを除くすべてのポリアミド−6に代わってポリアミド−6,6が用いられている。比較例4〜7は、すべて、対応する比較例2、実施例3、6および7よりも実質的に高い抵抗率(低い伝導率)が見られる。また、比較例4では、曲げ弾性率値が低い。

- 成分を溶融混合した生成物を含む組成物であって、前記成分が、溶融混合した成分の総質量を基準として、
ポリアミド−6を40〜50質量%と、
ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)を含むポリ(フェニレンエーテル)を19〜27質量%と、
タルクを15〜20質量%と、
ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−プロピレン)ジブロックコポリマー、ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマーまたはそれらの組み合わせを含む水素化ブロックコポリマーであって、28〜37質量%のポリスチレン含量を有する水素化ブロックコポリマーを7〜12質量%と、
カーボンナノチューブを1.1〜1.7質量%と
ポリアミド−6およびポリ(フェニレンエーテル)のための相溶化剤を0.2〜1質量%とを含む
