よって、連続電圧(第1および第2)の差の範囲は以下のようになる。

この場合、ユーザは同一のスイッチ装置300A、300Bを連続して数回押すことでファンのスピードを変えることができる。例えば、ユーザはスイッチ装置300A、300Bを一度押すとファンがオンになり、所定時間内に二度押すとファンのスピードを変えることができる。
(1)照明器具回路を配線するために必要なケーブルが短くなる。それは、稼働スイッチ配線または多条ケーブルを壁のくぼみに設置したり、または長いマルチコアケーブルの延長部を中心部に戻す必要がなくなるので、電気回路を設置しやすくなる。
(2)本質的に安全な単心ケーブルは各スイッチ装置に配線をとっているので、やはり、先行技術システムと比べて必要とされるケーブルが短い。さらに、複数のケーブルがあればスイッチとの接続は難しくない。
(3)照明器具回路を配線するために必要な時間が減る。それは、主電力はスイッチではなく、照明器具のみに配線をとっているためである
(4)ループは簡単なアナログ信号を用いる。
(5)スイッチ装置は、異なる電気機器または複数の電気機器を制御するよう簡単に再構成できる。
(6)スイッチ装置は本質的に安全である。
(7)システムは、照明器具等の単体の電気機器ならびに散水システム、冷却および暖房電気機器、ホームシアター、ムード照明等の複合体の電気機器まで制御できる構成である。

Claims (20)
- 中央制御装置と、
第1端部および第2端部を備えたループを形成する直列に接続された1つ以上のスイッチ装置と、
前記ループの前記第1端部および前記第2端部は前記中央制御装置と通信を行い、
それぞれの電気機器に接続され、前記中央制御装置と通信を行う1つ以上の電気機器コントローラと
1つ以上の前記電気回路パラメータは前記ループの前記第1端部にて測定され、
前記中央制御装置は前記1つ以上の電気回路パラメータに関連した制御コードを前記1つ以上の電気機器コントローラに送信する
を備えることを特徴とする電気機器を制御する電気制御システム。 - 前記電気回路パラメータは1つ以上の電圧であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各1つ以上の前記電圧はそれぞれのスイッチ装置の作動に関連することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 1つ以上の前記電圧は連続で測定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記連続電圧は所定時間内に測定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記ループの前記第1端部に接続された定電流源をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ループの前記第2端部は接地されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各1つ以上の前記スイッチ装置は抵抗器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各1つ以上の前記スイッチ装置は特有であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記定電流源の定電流が前記抵抗器を通り、前記ループ内を電圧が誘導するので、各1つ以上の前記電圧がループの第1端部で測定されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 各スイッチ装置は前記抵抗器に接続されたモメンタリ単極双投スイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム
- 前記単極双投スイッチの第1位置は通常閉じていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記単極双投スイッチが第2位置になったとき前記抵抗器が切り替わることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御コードは識別コードおよび/または機能コードを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記識別コードは前記機能コードより前に送信されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記機能コードと前記識別コードは同一であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記ループの前記電圧は本質的に安全な低電圧であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 直列に接続された1つ以上のスイッチ装置を備えるループの第1端部で1つ以上の電気回路パラメータを測定するステップと、
1つ以上の前記電気回路パラメータに関した制御コードを判定するステップと、
1つ以上の前記電気機器コントローラに前記制御コードを送信するステップと、
1つ以上の前記電気機器コントローラで前記制御コードを受信するステップと、
制御コードに従って、電気機器コントローラに接続された電気機器を制御するステップ
を備えることを特徴とする電気機器を制御する電気制御方法。 - 前記電気回路パラメータは1つ以上の電圧であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の前記各電圧は前記各スイッチ装置の作動に関連することを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
