Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 液体(3)を貯蔵および加熱するための貯槽(2)と、
前記貯槽(2)から、好ましくは飲料製造装置の少なくとも1つの抽出ユニット(6)に、前記液体(3)を圧送するための少なくとも1つの主ポンプ(4)と、
前記貯槽(2)を加圧するための加圧手段(5)と
を備える、飲料製造装置用の圧送システム(1)。 - 前記加圧手段(5)が、絶対圧約0.5〜1.0barまで前記貯槽(2)を加圧するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 前記加圧手段(5)が空気ポンプ(51)である、請求項1または2に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 前記加圧手段(5)が、前記貯槽(2)内の液位および液体温度を制御するためのユニット(53)である、請求項1または2に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 前記加圧手段(5)がピストン(52)である、請求項1または2に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 前記加圧手段(5)が液体ポンプ(54)であり、好ましくは低圧送水ポンプである、請求項1または2に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 移動式飲料製造装置用の圧送システム(1)であって、前記貯槽(2)が魔法瓶である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- マルチ飲料製造装置用の圧送システム(1)であって、前記貯槽(2)から複数の抽出ユニット(6)に前記液体(3)を圧送するための複数の主ポンプ(4)を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 複数の前記主ポンプ(4)の各々が、それぞれの圧力で複数の前記抽出ユニット(6)の1つに前記液体(3)を圧送するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 前記貯槽(2)が、約1〜3barの圧力をサポートする低圧ボイラである、請求項6または7に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 前記液体ポンプ(54)が、液体供給源(9)から前記液体を受け入れるように構成されている、請求項6に従属するときの請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 前記貯槽(2)が、最大約90℃またはそれ以上の温度まで前記液体(3)を加熱するように構成されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの主ポンプ(4)が、90℃またはそれ以上に加熱された前記液体(3)を、最大流量約100〜300ml/minで、それぞれ最大出力圧力約14〜3barで圧送するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の圧送システム(1)。
- 貯槽(2)内で液体(3)を加熱するステップと、
加圧手段(5)を用いて前記貯槽(2)を加圧するステップと、
少なくとも1つの主ポンプ(4)を用いて、前記貯槽(2)から、好ましくは飲料製造装置の少なくとも1つの抽出ユニット(6)に、前記液体(3)を圧送するステップと
を含む、飲料製造装置に使用するための圧送方法。 - 前記液体(3)が90℃またはそれ以上に加熱され、前記貯槽(2)が絶対圧約0.7〜1.0barまで加圧される、請求項14に記載の圧送方法。
