Description
Claims (10)
- ガラスキャリア層と、
フレキシブルガラス基板と、
前記フレキシブルガラス基板を前記ガラスキャリア層に少なくとも一時的に結合する、接着剤層に付着された第一の剥離層を含む中間層と、
を含むガラス構造体において、
前記第一の剥離層は、約500℃以上の温度での前記ガラス構造体の高温加工に対して少なくとも部分的に耐性を有し、前記第一の剥離層は、前記ガラス構造体の前記高温加工後に前記フレキシブルガラス基板を前記ガラスキャリア層から剥離できるように構成されることを特徴とするガラス構造体。 - 前記第一の剥離層がポリイミドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス構造体。
- 前記ガラスキャリア層が前記第一の剥離層に付着され、前記フレキシブルガラス基板が前記接着剤層に付着されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のガラス構造体。
- 前記フレキシブルガラス基板が前記第一の剥離層に付着され、前記接着剤層が前記ガラスキャリア層と前記第一の剥離層との間に位置付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のガラス構造体。
- 前記接着剤層と前記ガラスキャリア層との間に位置付けられた第二の剥離層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のガラス構造体。
- (I)ガラスキャリア層を提供するステップと、
(II)フレキシブルガラス基板を提供するステップと、
(III)前記ガラスキャリア層を前記フレキシブルガラス基板に、第一の剥離層および接着剤層を含む中間層で一時的に結合するステップと、
を有してなる、ガラス構造の製造方法において、
前記第一の剥離層は、約500℃以上の温度での前記ガラス構造体の高温加工に対して少なくとも部分的に耐性を有し、前記第一の剥離層により、前記ガラス構造体の前記高温加工後に前記ガラスキャリア層を前記フレキシブルガラス基板から剥離できることを特徴とする製造方法。 - ステップ(III)が、前記第一の剥離層を前記ガラスキャリア層および前記フレキシブルガラス基板のうちの少なくとも一方の表面に堆積させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- ステップ(III)が、前記第一の剥離層を少なくとも部分的に硬化させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の剥離層を少なくとも部分的に硬化させた後に、ステップ(III)は、前記接着剤層を前記第一の剥離層の表面に堆積させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- ガラス構造体を加工する方法において、
(I)ガラスキャリア層と、フレキシブルガラス基板と、前記フレキシブルガラス基板を前記ガラスキャリア層に付着させる中間層であって、接着剤層に付着された第一の剥離層を含む中間層と、を含むガラス構造体を提供するステップと、
(II)前記ガラス構造体を約500℃以上の温度での高温プロセスを通じて加工するステップと、
(III)前記フレキシブルガラス基板を前記ガラスキャリア層から剥離するステップと、
を有してなることを特徴とする方法。
