Abstract
Description
本発明の多層フィルムの1つ以上の層に存在し得る添加剤は、乳白剤、顔料、着色剤、スリップ剤、抗酸化剤、防曇剤、帯電防止剤、ブロッキング防止剤、充填剤、防湿添加剤、ガスバリア性添加剤、及びそれらの組み合わせを含むが、それらに限定されない。そのような添加剤は、必要な特性によって変わる有効量で使用され得る。スリップ剤、粘着防止剤、帯電防止剤、抗酸化剤、及び防曇剤は、本発明の多層フィルムの外層に使用されたときに特に効果的である。
a.第1のポリマーと、少なくとも1つのボイド形成剤とを含む、第1の層であって、該第1のポリマーは、0.940g/cm3未満の密度と、130℃未満の融点とを有するポリエチレンポリマーを含む、第1の層と、
b.第1の層とは異なる第2の層であって、該第2の層は、第2のポリマーを含み、該第2のポリマーは、0.940g/cm3未満の密度と、130℃未満の融点とを有するポリエチレンポリマーを含み、該第2の層は、第2の層の15重量%未満のボイド形成剤を有する、第2の層と、を含み、
該フィルムは、第1の層の少なくとも一部にボイドを存在させ、該ボイド層は、多孔性ではなく、該ボイドは、ボイド層におけるボイド形成剤の存在と、フィルムの均一または局部的伸張との組み合わせによって引き起こされ、該ボイド形成剤は、組成において有機であり、伸長後の該フィルムは、少なくとも150gm/ミルのMD引裂強度、及び少なくとも150gm/ミルのダート衝撃を有する、多層フィルム。
Claims (20)
- ライナー用途での使用に適した多層フィルムであって、前記多層フィルムは、
a.第1のポリマーと、少なくとも1つのボイド形成剤とを含む、第1の層であって、前記第1のポリマーは、0.940g/cm3未満の密度と、130℃未満の融点とを有するポリエチレンポリマーを含む、第1の層と、
b.前記第1の層とは異なる第2の層であって、前記第2の層は、第2のポリマーを含み、前記第2のポリマーは、0.940g/cm3未満の密度と、130℃未満の融点とを有するポリエチレンポリマーを含み、前記第2の層は、第2の層の15重量%未満のボイド形成剤を有する、第2の層と、を含み、
前記フィルムは、前記第1の層の少なくとも一部に存在するボイドを有し、前記ボイド層は、多孔性ではなく、前記ボイドは、前記ボイド層におけるボイド形成剤の存在と、前記フィルムの均一なまたは局部的伸張との組み合わせによって引き起こされ、前記ボイド形成剤は、組成において有機であり、伸長後の前記フィルムは、少なくとも150gm/ミルのMD引裂強度、及び少なくとも150gm/ミルのダート衝撃を有する、前記多層フィルム。 - 前記MD引裂強度は、少なくとも250gm/ミルである、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記ダート衝撃は、少なくとも250gm/ミルである、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記第2の層は、ボイド形成剤を有さない、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、吹込みフィルムである、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記ボイドのうちの少なくともいくつかは、縦方向または横方向のうちの1つまたは両方に、1.1:1〜3.5:1の程度まで前記多層フィルムの少なくとも一部を伸張することによって形成されていて、そのような伸張は、前記フィルムで使用される全てのポリエチレンの融点未満で実行される、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記伸張は、1つの方向のみで行われる、請求項6に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、均一に伸張されている、請求項6に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、局部領域が、伸張されていないままで、残りの領域が、3.5:1未満に伸張されるように、不均一な様式で伸張されている、請求項6に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、エンボス加工技術を使用して伸張されている、請求項9に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記ボイド形成剤は、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリスチレン、耐衝撃性ポリスチレン、ポリアミド、環状オレフィンポリマー及びコポリマー、ナイロン、ポリエステル、アセタール、アクリル樹脂、アクリルビーズ、架橋アクリルビーズ、架橋スチレンビーズ、ならびにそれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記ボイド形成剤は、ポリスチレン、ポリアクリル酸塩、ポリアミド、環状オレフィンコポリマー、アクリレートビーズ、架橋アクリレートビーズ、架橋スチレンビーズ、耐衝撃性ポリスチレン、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される材料を含む、請求項11に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、二酸化チタンまたはカーボンブラックを含む着色顔料を含む、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- いかなる伸張ステップの前にも、0.8ミル〜2.0ミルの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記ボイド形成剤は、全体のフィルムの1重量%〜20重量%を構成する、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記ボイド形成剤は、前記第1の層の2.0重量%〜5重量%を構成する、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記ポリマーへの分散時の充填剤が、0.1ミクロン〜10ミクロンの平均粒径(d50)を有する、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記ポリマーへの分散時の前記充填剤は、平均粒径d50の5倍未満の平均粒径(d90)を有する、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記第1のポリエチレンポリマーは、0.917g/cm3〜0.927g/cm3の範囲の密度を有する線状低密度ポリエチレンコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
- 前記層のうちの少なくとも1つは、第3のポリマーをさらに含み、前記第3のポリマーは、極性もしくは非極性エチレンコポリマー、またはプロピレンコポリマーを含み、前記第3のポリマーは、前記第1のポリマーの弾性率より少なくとも10%少ない弾性率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記多層フィルム。
