Claims (35)
- 天然弁輪に取り付けられるように構成されているアンカと、
前記アンカが前記天然弁輪に取り付けられるときに第1の天然弁尖の上面にわたって置かれるように構成されている単一弁補助尖とを備え、前記単一弁補助尖は、十分に可撓性を有し、その結果、前記単一弁補助尖は、弁を通る血流に応答して、前記第1の天然弁尖と一致して移動し、第2の天然弁尖と接合する、人工弁接合補助デバイス。 - アンカは、前記天然弁輪に取り付くために自己拡張するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の人工弁接合補助デバイス。

- 前記心臓弁は、僧帽弁または大動脈弁である、請求項10に記載の弁接合を助長する方法。
- 前記天然弁は、静脈弁である、請求項10に記載の弁接合を助長する方法。

前記天然弁部位において前記送達デバイスから前記人工弁接合補助デバイスを展開することとを含み、前記人工弁接合補助デバイスは、天然弁尖の上面にわたって前記単一人工弁補助尖を位置させるように前記天然弁輪内で拡張するアンカを有し、前記単一弁補助尖は、弁を通る血流に応答して、前記第1の天然弁尖と一致して移動し、第2の天然弁尖と接合する、方法。 - 前記天然弁は、心臓弁である、請求項25に記載の人工弁接合補助デバイスを送達する方法。
