Claims (9)
- 制御された移送生体試料材料収集装置(10)であって、
本体(12)と、
生体試料材料を収集するための試料収集部材(20)と
を備えており、
本体(12)は、生体材料の一般的に乾燥した蓄積のための試料蓄積媒体(30)を収容し、
収集部材(20)は、生体試料の収集が可能である露出位置から、収集した試料の少なくとも一部を媒体(30)に移送する移送位置へ、移動可能であり、
本体(12)が試料収集部材(20)を摺動可能に支持すること、並びに、本体(12)又は収集部材(20)が、媒体(30)に対して収集部材(20)を移送位置に圧入し、収集部材(20)が本体(12)内で摺動して移送を行うように動作可能なランプ状突起(16)を含むことを特徴とする装置(10)。 - 収集部材(20)は、摺動可能な部分が媒体(30)を運ぶ、ハウジング内で摺動可能な部分を含む、請求項1記載の装置(10)。
- 収集部材(20)は、摺動可能な部分にヒンジ結合されたアーム(24)をさらに含み、アーム(24)は試料収集のための弾性パッド(28)を運び、
摺動可能な部分及びアーム(24)は、互いに折り畳まれた位置を提供するように互いに折り畳み可能であり、ランプ(16)の影響下で移送を行うように本体(12)内で摺動する、請求項2記載の装置(10)。 - ランプ(16)は本体(12)上に形成され、アーム(24)はスロット(23)を含み、スロット(23)は、ランプ(16)を受け入れ、それによって移送の後に媒体(30)及びパッド(28)を分離する、請求項3記載の装置(10)。
- 摺動可能な部分及び媒体(30)は、本体(12)によって実質的に囲まれるように本体(12)内に配置可能であって、その位置にある場合に、アーム(24)は露出位置を採ることが可能であり、摺動可能な部分及び媒体(30)は、本体(12)内への一括した再挿入及び移送を行うために、部分的にのみ本体(12)内にあるが、アーム(24)と互いに折り畳まれた位置を採り得るように、さらに配置可能である、請求項3又は請求項4記載の装置(10)。
- 摺動可能な部分の移動の範囲は、本体(12)上の及び摺動可能な部分上の相補的停止形状によって制限される、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の装置(10)。
- 媒体(30)は、摺動可能な部分から取り外し可能である、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の装置(10)。
- 制御された移送生体試料材料収集のための方法であって、
i)本体(12)及び生体試料材料を収集するための試料収集部材(20)を備える装置(10)であって、本体(12)が生体材料の一般的に乾燥した蓄積のための試料蓄積媒体(30)を収容する、装置(10)を設けるステップと、
ii)収集部材(20)を露出させて、収集部材(20)上の生体試料を収集するステップと、
iii)収集部材(20)を、生体試料の収集が可能である露出位置から、収集した試料の少なくとも一部を媒体(30)に移送する移送位置へ、移動させるステップと、
iv)本体(12)上に、又は収集部材(20)上にランプ状突起(16)を設けて、本体(12)に対して収集部材(20)を移送位置に摺動させて、ランプ(16)が収集部材(20)を媒体(30)に押し付けるステップとを含む方法。 - 実質的に図面に関して本明細書に記載した装置(10)又は方法。
