- 移行制御式生体試料収集装置であって、本体、及び生体試料を収集するための試料収集部材を備え、本体は、生体物質の略乾燥保存のための試料保存媒体を収容し、収集部材は、生体試料の収集が可能である露出位置から、収集された試料の少なくとも一部を媒体に移行させる移行位置へと移動可能である、装置において、
本体は、試料収集部材を滑動自在に支持し、
本体又は試料収集部材は、試料収集部材が本体内で滑動すると、試料収集部材を移行位置に移して媒体に対して押し付け、かつ移行を達成するように操作可能な突出部を備えており、
試料収集部材は、本体内で滑動自在な部分を備え、滑動自在な部分は試料保存媒体を有する、装置。 - 突出部は、ランプ様突出部である、請求項1に記載の装置。

移動は、本体から突出するボタンのマニュアル操作によって達成される滑動移動である、装置。 - 試料収集部材はさらに、滑動自在な部分にヒンジ連結されたアームを備え、アームは、試料収集のための弾性パッドを有し、滑動自在な部分及びアームは、併せて折畳み可能であり、本体内で滑動して、突出部の影響下で移行を達成する一斉折畳み位置を提供する、請求項1に記載の装置。

本体又は試料収集部材は、試料収集部材が本体内で滑動すると、試料収集部材を移行位置に移して媒体に対して押し付け、かつ移行を達成するように操作可能な突出部を備えており、
媒体は、滑動自在な部分から取外し可能である、装置。 - 移行制御式生体試料収集方法であって、
i)請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置を提供するステップと、
ii)試料収集部材を曝し、かつ生体試料を試料収集部材上に収集するステップと、
iii)試料収集部材を、生体試料の収集が可能である露出位置から、収集された試料の少なくとも一部を媒体に移行させる移行位置に移動させるステップと、
iv)突出部を本体上に、又は試料収集部材上に提供し、かつ本体に対して試料収集部材を移行位置に滑動させて、突出部により試料収集部材を媒体に対して押し付けるステップと
を含む方法。
