少なくとも一つ以上のライト部と、

音響波を利用する医療機器。 - 吸音層に、圧電体と音響整合層を積層し、積層体を形成する積層工程と、
複数の振動子が、第1方向に沿って、間隔を置いて配列するように、該第1方向に垂直な第2方向に複数のダイシング(Dicing)を行うダイシング工程と、
前記ダイシングした積層体に前記第1方向に沿って長く溝が形成されるように切削加工を行う切削工程と、
前記溝にライトガイド部を挿入する挿入工程と、
前記ライトガイド部の第1面が外部に露出されるようにレンズ層を形成するレンズ層形成工程と、
を備える、
光音響画像化プローブの製作方法。 - 前記挿入工程は、前記ライトガイド部を、前記音響整合層の前面部から突出するように挿入する工程を含む、
請求項10に記載の光音響画像化プローブの製作方法 。 - 前記切削工程の後に、前記溝の底面に少なくとも一つ以上の貫通穴を形成する貫通穴形成工程をさらに備える、
請求項10に記載の光音響画像化プローブの製作方法 。 - 請求項10乃至12の何れか1項に記載の方法で製作した光音響画像化プローブを備える、
