Abstract
Description
(Ca1−x−y−a−bYxLuy)3(Sc1−zAlz)2(Si1−x−yAlx+y)3O12:CeaPrb(ここで、0<x<l、0<y<l、0<z<l、0<u<0.2、0<a<0.2及び0<b<0.1)を含む、例えばSrGa2S4:Eu2+、(Sr1−xBax)2SiO4:Eu(ここで、0<x<1)を含む、例えばSrSi2N2O2:Eu2+及びBaSi2N0.67O4:Eu2+、(Sr1−u−v−xMguCavBax)(Ga2−y−zAlyInzS4):Eu2+を含む。LuAgは、緑色波長変換材料の一例であり、YAGは、黄色波長変換材料の一例である。これらの材料は、通常、セリウム(Ce)でドープされている。

Claims (15)
- 380乃至460nmの第1の波長範囲の光を放出する第1の光源と、
570乃至610nmの第2の波長範囲の光を放出する第2の光源と、
第1の波長変換材料と、
第2の波長変換材料と、
を含み、
前記第1の波長変換材料は、前記第1の光源から放出された光を受け取り、前記第1の波長範囲の光を、470乃至570nmの第3の波長範囲内に放出ピークを有する光に変換することができ、
前記第2の波長変換材料は、前記第1の光源から放出された光と、前記第2の光源から放出された光とを受け取り、前記第1の波長範囲の光と前記第2の波長範囲の光とを、590乃至630nmの第4の波長範囲内に放出ピークを有する光に変換することができる、調光可能な発光装置。 - 前記第2の波長変換材料は、150nm以下のストークスシフトを有する、請求項1に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 前記第2の波長変換材料は、赤色有機波長変換材料である、請求項1に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 前記第2の波長変換材料は、前記第1の光源及び前記第2の光源から離れて配置される、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 前記第1の波長変換材料は、前記第1の光源から離れて配置される、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 前記第1の波長変換材料及び前記第2の波長変換材料を含む波長変換部材を含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 前記波長変換部材は、前記第1の光源及び前記第2の光源から離れて配置される、請求項6に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 前記波長変換部材は、前記第1の光源によって放出された光を受け取り、前記調光可能な発光装置は更に、前記第2の波長変換材料を含む第2の波長変換部材を含み、前記第2の波長変換部材は、前記第2の光源によって放出された光を受け取る、請求項6に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 光混合チャンバを更に含み、前記第1の光源及び前記第2の光源は、前記光混合チャンバ内に配置される、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 少なくとも、前記第2の波長変換材料は、前記光混合チャンバの出射窓内に配置される、請求項9に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 前記第1の光源及び前記第2の光源各々は、少なくとも1つの固体光源を含む、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 前記第1の光源は、少なくとも1つの青色LEDを含む、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 前記第2の光源は、少なくとも1つの蛍光体変換型琥珀色LEDを含む、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の調光可能な発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の調光可能な発光装置を含むレトロフィットラップ。
- 請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の調光可能な発光装置を含む照明器具。
