Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 互いに対してロールおよびピッチ方向において可動である、第1の流体搬送部材と第2の部材との間の関節接続を可能にするフレキシブルな接続部であって、
前記第1の流体搬送部材と前記第2の部材とを相互接続する関節手段であって、前記関節手段が、前記第1の流体搬送部材に固定されている第1の部分と、前記第2の部材に固定されている第2の部分とを含む、関節手段と、
前記関節手段に隣接するフレキシブルな流体不透過性ベローズであって、前記フレキシブルなベローズが、前記第1の流体搬送部材に固定されている第1の端部と、前記第2の部材に固定されている第2の端部とを含み、前記フレキシブルなベローズが、前記フレキシブルな接続部にわたって内部および/または外部の流体圧を含むように構成されている、フレキシブルな流体不透過性ベローズと、を備える、フレキシブルな接続部。 - 前記関節手段が、前記第1の流体搬送部材の中心長手方向軸に沿って配置されている関節継手を備え、前記関節継手bが、前記第1の流体搬送部材に固定されている第1の区画と、前記第2の部材に固定されている第2の区画とを含み、前記関節継手が前記フレキシブルな流体不透過性ベローズによって包囲されている、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記第2の部材が、前記フレキシブルな流体不透過性ベローズに固定されている端部および支持構造に固定されている端部を有する先細り形状であり、前記第2の部材が、前記フレキシブルな流体不透過性ベローズに固定されている前記端部から前記支持構造に固定されている前記端部まで連続的に先細りである、請求項2に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記フレキシブルな接続部が、前記関節継手の前記第1の区画と前記第1の流体搬送部材の内面との間に延びる第1の荷重伝達梁と、前記関節継手の前記第2の区画と前記第2の部材の内面との間に延びる第2の荷重伝達梁とをさらに備え、前記第1の荷重伝達梁および前記第2の荷重伝達梁が概して平坦であり、その面が、前記中心長手方向軸に実質的に平行に向けられている、請求項3に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記関節手段がジンバル継手を備える、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記ジンバル継手が、ジンバルリングと、前記ジンバルリングの反対に配置されている第1のピンと、前記第1のピンと前記流体搬送部材との間に接続されている第1の軸受と、前記ジンバルリングの反対に配置されている第2のピンと、前記第2のピンと前記第2の部材との間に接続されている第2の軸受とを含み、
前記ジンバル継手が、前記フレキシブルな流体不透過性ベローズから軸方向に離間されている、請求項5に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。 - 前記第1のピンが、前記ジンバルリングから半径方向内側に延び、前記第2のピンが、前記ジンバルリングから半径方向外側に延び、前記第1のピンおよび前記第2のピンが、互いから90度だけ円周方向に離間されている、請求項6に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記関節手段が、前記第1の流体搬送部材の中心長手方向軸を中心として互いから円周方向に離間されている複数のテンションシリンダを備え、各テンションシリンダが、前記第1の流体搬送部材に固定されている第1の端部と、前記第2の部材に固定されている第2の端部とを含み、前記フレキシブルな流体不透過性ベローズが前記複数のテンションシリンダによって包囲されている、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記テンションシリンダの各々が、シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に配置されているピストンと、前記シリンダ内に配置されて前記ピストンと係合されているエラストマー部材と、を備える受動シリンダである、請求項8に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記テンションシリンダの各々が、シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に配置されているピストンと、を含む液圧シリンダである、請求項8に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記テンションシリンダが、前記中心長手方向軸に対して少なくとも5度の角度を成して配置されている、請求項8に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記フレキシブルな流体不透過性ベローズが、鋼チャネルリングセグメントによって分離されている複数のフレキシブルなリングセグメントを備える、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 各フレキシブルなリングセグメントが、2つの半径方向内側に向いた谷部と半径方向外側に向いた谷部とを画定するように相互接続されている一対の端フランジおよび一対の中間フランジを有するエラストマーリングと、前記半径方向内側に向いた谷部内に配置されている鋼リングとを含み、
前記鋼チャネルリングセグメントが、半径方向外側に向いたチャネルを画定し、
各エラストマーリングに対して、前記端フランジの1つが、前記鋼リングの1つと前記鋼チャネルリングセグメントの1つとの間に配置されている、請求項12に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。 - 前記鋼チャネルリングセグメントの前記半径方向外側に向いたチャネル内に配置されている浮力要素をさらに備える、請求項13に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 各エラストマーリングの前記外側に向いた谷部の根元に配置されているフレキシブルなリングをさらに備える、請求項13に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記第1の流体搬送部材が、管または管の束を含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記第1の流体搬送部材が、少なくとも約10メートルの直径を有する管を含む、請求項16に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記第2の部材が浮きプラットフォームである、請求項16に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
- 前記浮きプラットフォームが、海洋温度差発電プラントにおいて使用される、請求項18に記載のフレキシブルな接続部。
