PURPOSE:To obtain a drain tube having light weight, flexibility and low cost by composing the tube of a plurality of parallel mooring cables forming the edge lines of a polygonal post, a plurality of spacer members, and water resistant and waterproof sheet member enclosing the cables. CONSTITUTION:A mooring buoy 1 is moored by tension leg type with mooring cables 2 and a sinker 3. A water resistant sheet 4 extending between adjacent parallel mooring cables 2 enclose the side surfce of a regularly triangular post having the cables 2 as edge lines, thereby partitioning the passage of the triangular section under sea water. The cables 2 are connected horizontally with spacer bars 5 in vertical direction.
